However, there is no complete confidence-building relationship with Russia, so he made one of his rallies in front of the Russian military base and had to explain that they were not disturbed by Russia.

The only way of peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia may be in the framework of the Meghri-Lacin corridor exchange plan. No solution other than that is possible, and just create new wars. Without resolution of the Karabakh issue, Turkey can not to open its border crossing.
