Turkey wants to be treated by others as UNSC members level of respect except it is a third tier country in terms of power and influence equal to that of Argentina/Poland/Egypt/Malaysia. Difference is those countries don't demand to be treated like UNSC members but Turkey does which makes them look like a complete clown in the world arena.
