First video is an Air-Ground bomb that is being developed new by Tubitak, similar with USA made JDAM...

Designed for use with 2,000 lb Mk 84 bombs, in many respects the HGK resembles Boeing's Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM), and provides a similar capability ."
