Today our Cyber warfare of Bundeswehr were introduced. Has TSK similar warfare capabilities?

TSK trains roughly 300 computer scientists per year. They graduate from military academy and they serve for about 20 years, maybe more. Not all of them serve for cybersecurity though. So there should be around 60k officers who knows how to code dedicated for this purpose. Military academies usually publish more compared to civilian universities in the field of cybersecurity.
Civilian agencies usually outsources. Intelligence agencies tend to employ people for missions, so there is only a few standing employees for that kind of work. But police sucks in these matters. What Turkey needs is a NSA-esque organization, that would coordinate intelligence efforts for both offence and defence. We have 5-6 universities that gives top-notch education in the field, so manpower is not an issue. There is only a lack of vision.

There is info and an application link for the willing. There is no recruitment limit since they started recruiting.

@Kitten Turkish army would temporarly recruit cyber security specialist and escort him/her with special forces to the mission location if there is need. All NATO countries will be using this type of unit in time.

we need a internet backbone in turkey.. own internet space and own web services from turkey.. own antivirusprogram and firewall , we should have own router and switches for that we could cooperate with china and build our own firmware for those.. we need a own good search engine with own servers in turkey.. bring facebook/twitter to turkey with servers for turkey..

First of all you can share information about the capabilities of Bundeswehr Cyber Warfare , by doing so we can do a comparision. We can't do a comparison without knowing the capabilities of Bundeswehr Cyber Warfare.

So you want to cut off from the rest of the internet and create your own national network, returning to the 70's of the ARPANET era.

I am no security expert either but having studied computer science and having some cybersec knowledge I see people writing things that make no sense. I'd say save yourselves the effort of idea's and comparison when you have little to no knowledge about this field, celebrate the news and have fun.
