Turkish air raid kills 7 civilian Kurds

Turkish warplanes have once more targeted civilian Kurds during a raid carried out on Sunday. According to local correspondents for Rojhelat.info a warplane targeted a truck carrying a family trying to escape the bombardment. The victims were from the village of Kortek, in Qalat Diza [Iraq], about 180 kilometers northeast of Sulaymani along the Turkey-Iraq border.

The names of the victims are reported as follows:

Hasan Mustafa Hasan (Father)
Mer Haci Mam (Mother)
Rezan Hussein Mustafa (34-year-old)
Oskar Hussein (10-year-old)
Sonya Shemal Hasan (4-year-old)
Solin Shemal Hasan (6-months-old)
Zana Hussein Mustafa (11-year-old)

Tonight (Monday) in Sulaymani, people took to the streets in protest against Turkish aggression.

In a phone call to CNN on Sunday, a PKK spokesman placed the blame for the latest round of hostilities squarely on the Turkish government and its prime minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

“Erdogan has decided for an all-out war,” said Roj Welat. “We will use our right to defend ourselves and our people. … There will be new things probably, new developments will occur, but in what way I cannot say. But all I can say is Kurds will defend themselves. And we are calling on all the European countries, especially the United States, not to support state terror.”

"News" about "children the jews have murdered" is quickly propagated throughout Muslim lands; the inevitable factual corrections showing their falsity usually aren't. On the other hand, here Turks can kill innocents and the world merely yawns.

If non-Jews condemn Jews on the basis of a "universal" moral standard that they apply to Jews yet neglect to apply to others, we Jews consider that anti-Semitism. So do many non-Jews, including some on this forum.

If a person goes further and knowingly or through deliberate neglect applies this standard on the basis of false information or deceit that makes doing so pure mockery, doesn't it? What kind of respect does such a person deserve? What moral obligation shall we apply to him or her?

Nobody yawns at innocent children dying anywhere. That may be the case in Israel but its not mine. Any child deprived of life is sad.Not interested in political cheap shots like you. Whats sad is how your government values the life of other religions so cheaply compared to your own blood. Just to give you a couple of examples:

Menahim Begin, speech to the Knesset, quoted in Amnon Kapeliouk, 'Begin and the "Beasts"', New Statesman, 25 June 1982:

"We must do everything to ensure they [the Palestinian refugees] never do return."

Another 2 examples:

Yitzhak Ginsburg stated:

"The blood of the Jewish people is loved by the Lord; it is therefore redder and their life is preferable."

Yitzhak Ginsburg also stated:

"The killing by a Jew of a non-Jew, i.e. a Palestinian, is considered essentially a good deed, and Jews should therefore have no compunction about it."



Sorry to go off at a tangent but i wanted to show you your mindset and how low you value others.
My hearts and thoughts to ALL including these Kurds and any Israeli children.

By the way you are clearly wrong with your assumptions. All i was trying to point out its like the pot calling the kettle black. Look at yourself before criticising others. I am saddened at turks kurds jews or anyone dying.
