I will recomended you Czech republic. Really best thing to do.
They are most progressive in that field, you even dont need to go to the brothels. Just pay rent for 7-10 days and visit night clubs, that is best option in Europe. And they really adore brown/black guys like Serbs and Iranians.

Yes it's same I guess the Ottoman Empire had it's effect on Serbs as well, at least when it comes to honor/dignity and women.
