Different than those three, There is one big construction program of Undersecretariat of Turkish defence industry to open a new and biggest R&D center of Turkey under the name of Istanbul Teknopark...
Advanced Technology Industrial Park and Airport Project (ITEP), being developed on the Asian side of İstanbul, has mainly industrial support, research and development, science and technology, training and education components. The main objective of the Project is to provide a scientific and technological infrastructure for the advanced technology needs of the country to be satisfied through national resources.
Teknopark :2.5 million square meters
More than 30.000 engineers will work in Istanbul Teknopark...
It is expected to have more than 1000 different institue in there
