As Turkey turns its back on the West and seeks rapprochement with Russia, Pakistan has formally asked Moscow to help stabilize Afghanistan. Turkey, Pakistan and Russia are pushing toward a peaceful world with Turkey backing Moscow’s diplomatic initiative to resolve the Syrian conflict. Meanwhile, Pakistan, China and Russia working together to achieve peace and stability in Afghanistan.

Amid a clear improvement of ties between Ankara and Moscow from one side and Islamabad and Moscow from the other and between Ankara and Islamabad, the three nations seem adamant about resolving one of the most pressing – and deadly – conflicts of our time: the long-standing Syrian and Afghan wars.

In addition to strong diplomatic efforts by the three nations to bring peace in Syria and Afghanistan, they are enjoying an increased military, economic and security partnership between them. Fresh off the news last week that Moscow and Ankara agreed on the sale of the advanced Russian-made S-400 long-range air missile defense system on his two-day visit to India, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan formally offered to mediate the long-standing Kashmir dispute between Pakistan and India.

Iran is so conspicuous by her absence in this article.

. . .
I am sure Iran also wants peace in Syria and Afghanistan, so they would/should join in as well.

Both Iran and KSA are responsible for the major sectarian wars plagued Middle East into destruction playing into the hands of USA and Russia's long-term plan through the proxy wars against each other in the grander scheme of agenda [resources].

I wont blame Iran, its KSA to blame why do they care if shias rule over sunnis in a different country, they are no one decide who should rule another country.when they themselfs are holding on to power in their country.

Both are to blame. Both have same ego centric manner waging war upon each other for ideology that goes back to the ancient history. Both are trying to impose their ideology upon the nations after nations against their wills.

Poor Middle East and the rest of Muslim worlds including Pakistan are trapped in the never-ending sectarian wars between KSA and Iran.

Thats the reason iran is missing as they are party in the conflict so its more about bringing iran and KSA's proxies to table in syria whereas in Afghanistan it is about to bring Taliban plitical leadership on table ...

When you are saying that OP didnot mention Iran on the sametime OP did not mention Taliban ... as they are not bringing piece but to bring piece diplomatic efforts are being taken by these three third parties to push iran and talibans towards negotiation tables ...

I sometime wonder that how biased you indians are ... in syria you clearly recognize Iran's importance where in Afghanistan despite of Taliban having popular support you labelled as terrorists ...

Similar situations but reverse treatments ... lolz

No sir, tell me one instance where shias have not lived peacefully with non muslims like us and why is that every where these sunni wahabis go they dont live peacefully with others and start the trouble, all terrorist attacks on non muslims are by sunni wahabis, they live to hate thats the ideology from KSA.

Even Pakistan you refered to,is the because of the hate which has seaped in from the KSA ideology.

Shias are just defending themselfs.

Who is biased can be seen from equating Iran to taliban.

But Iran is also like that...Iran also doesn't want Sunnis ruling over Shias. What they both need to do is stop meddling in other countries' affairs and mind their own business...but that's not how the world works.

They r both ambitious and want to gain power and influence in the surrounding neighborhood. What they don't realize is bcuz of their greedy self serving agenda, the whole of Muslim world is divided. There is more to gain by working together.

The history of Golden Age of Islam had strong history of multiculturalism for centurions from Arab empires to Ottoman Empire. Yet there was internal challenges between Arab worlds and Persian worlds, Ottoman Empire and Safavid Empire for centurions.

And we are talking about present Iran that has history of unhealthy relationship with Turkey, Arab worlds, Pakistan, Afghanistan and many more out there. Not to mention the long history of Iran versus Iraq.

The problem is ancient which goes way way way back. Both KSA and Iran are promoting sectarian wars for their personal agendas, not for survival and certainly not for humanitarian grounds.

That is why in the prophecy revealed that in the End times both KSA and Iran would be ruined due to the seeds of their home-grown sectarian wars thus the end game of ancient sectarian wars once and for all.

Turkey, Pakistan And Russia Pushing Toward Peaceful World [/SIZE]

This article is just telling Turkish narrative; which is neither stable nor based on any principal. Erdogan had been tool of saudi led sectarian massacre in Syria, Iraq and all over middle east. No amount of Euphrates water can wash away blood from Erdogan hand. That being said, Turkey does not have border with Afghanistan and does not have any direct influence. Pakistan, China, Iran and Russia are the key regional states who can make real difference.
So, anyone blindly side with Saudi and Turkey and see things through sectarian prism are just hurting Pakistan immediate and strategic interest.

And in Moscow conference for Afghan solution, all these countries were present.

[According to a statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry on Friday, senior diplomats from Afghanistan, China, India, Iran, Pakistan and ex-Soviet Central Asian nations who took part in Friday's talks had supported the Afghan government's peace efforts. They urged the Taliban to stop fighting and engage in a direct dialogue with the government.]
