We don't need more citizens, we just need to kick out all the foreigners so we become a homogenous nation with atleast 90% Turks, the rest can be educated foreigners and loyal ethnicities.

As long as they bring money into the country and create jobs, it's good for Turkey and its people. It's always good to attract foreign investors and the wealthy. Just need to create a stable secure environment, rule of law, good educational institutions and they will flock in. Reason western countries like U S, U.K , Germany etc attract so much wealthy individuals(and their families) from Russia to Saudi Arabia, to China to gulf states, to even wealthy Africans etc. .

That's true. Britain has never had any qualms about taking the money of murderers,terrorists, dictators, usurpers, thieves, crooks of any hue and colour. Giving the citizenship is symbolic to prevent easy arrival and deal with local burocracy for rich foreigners in order to invest and spend more money in country.
