Trump revealed highly classified information to Russian foreign minister and ambassador

USA president is very powerful, he's above the american law. Only thing which can stop him is impeachment and good luck with that because republicans will not touch him. Also being right wing white president he is privileged as far as his loyalty with nation is concerned. No one will dare accuse him of treason over relatively small issues like sharing intelligence with Russians or getting their help in elections.

He can't break any law being USA president. Only thing we have to see is how far he will go before republicans decide about impeachment.

Not even the president of the United States is above the law. The law is the law that applies to everyone, even the most powerful man. The only difference is the more the power, the more the chance of getting away with breaking the law. But no one is above that law.

Republicans, Democrats or Independents won't matter whatsoever. The department of justice is what handles the final process of impeachment and it's not partisan in any way, shape or form. It follows an independent process that involves special prosecutors, federal judges, both houses of Congress, the Supreme Court, the FBI and the DOJ. Nixon was taken down exactly in that same process and the irony being talked about right now is that Nixon's "secret illegal tapes" were first reported by two journalists from the NY Times and the Washington Post!

Also being right wing white president he is privileged as far as his loyalty with nation is concerned. No one will dare accuse him of treason over relatively small issues like sharing intelligence with Russians or getting their help in elections.

Treason is about as bad as it gets, but there are lesser crimes that can get a president impeached and one is obstruction of justice, and that is breaking the law. What happened today is by far the biggest bombshell with the former FBI director's memo that was released. If it's contents are true and can be proven, it will be a disaster for Trump. Proving it will be difficult, though. But it's a sign this guy is constantly digging his grave deeper and deeper and eventually he could fall in it.

One should read as it was reported by many other media outlets:
Trump revealed highly classified information to Russian foreign minister and ambassador without compromising any sources (Spies/Spy Agencies)..

It is a calculated move..

America's slogan should be, "Who needs enemies, when you've got Trump"

Lol... I love this bafoon..... The Modi Hindutva truly bet on the "winning" horse.... :)

Actually the most interesting thing about the leak to the Russians was that the Intel was coming from the Israelis who have high placed double agents in ISIS... this goes hand in hand with the theory that the Israelis are the hidden hand behind ISIS and other tekfiri terror groups...

That is more interesting than a buffoon bubblings ...

Trump's favorite movie happens to be "The Manchurian Candidate" by the way while Putin's favourite movie is "Salt".

Trump does something stupid

Trumpettes defend him

Trump says something more stupid making the trumpettes look even more stupid

The MSM/liberals have been conducting a witch hunt on Trump from day 1, for sure.

At the same time, Trump is doing no favors for himself. You can only hide who you are for so long.

And the residual trumpkins (the numbers are dwindling) are demonstrating what moronic apologetics they are which each passing day.

The problem is that the information is so specific to a group and location that it doesn't take a genius to figure who it is by process of elimination, especially knowing that there are only 2, maybe 3 viable candidates that fit the profile of the source and the 3rd one is highly improbable. People in intelligence (especially ex-KBG) can deduce the source in 5 seconds, lol. And I also bet that Trump didn't even realize what he was doing was completely inappropriate, which is what led the 2 individuals, present in the room at the time to walk out later and report that conversation to their superiors. They were shocked and very concerned at what they heard and probably thought that had they not said anything, and this came out later, they'd be complicit so they covered themselves.

The problem is his relationship with these Russians was on a friendly, business manner in his civilian past and now he thinks he can conduct the same behavior as the POTUS. Years ago he bought a home in Palm beach FLA for $40M and later sold it to a Russian "character" for $80M (don't quote me on the exact numbers but they're close). So his ties with these people raises concern and probably the reason why he won't release his tax returns since those will show the big transactions with Russians and what people are concerned with. He won't listen to any advisers and that's his biggest mistake because he thinks he can run the country like his business, being the ultimate boss and not taking advice. It doesn't work that way as president. He needs checks and balances, very experienced people advising him and him heeding that advice.

Alan Dershowitz said yesterday that what Trump needs to do immediately is lawyer up with a very experience council in ethics and help him get out of this mess. Someone who will be able to tell him "stop trying to defend everything that comes out. Keep your mouth shut and stop tweeting at any hour, let alone 3 am"!!

Every president goes through morning briefing on all important matters and gets suggestions from his top aids and advisers, this guy hardly goes to any of these briefings! That is unbelievable.

Now you have Putin saying he'll vouch for Trump on what was said at that meeting.......

Intelligence is a double sword my friend.. you can disclose some information wrapped in other informations and study the actions and behaviours of the opponent.. Trump is no newcomer to intelligence.. This field has taken the Business world decades ago, it is called Business intelligence, where each and every intelligence principle and tactic were applied, it had a branch called industrial intelligence where war principles were applied..Sun Tzu Book "the art of war" is a very popular book among leading businessman and its principles were applied globally on a large scale..So Trump is not a stranger to these practices..

The source is now easier to find after getting the information. A breach, it is.

I would confidently venture to guess these kinds of techniques are practiced within the highest levels of intelligence groups and agencies, SC bro, not by a rookie president with absolutely no political experience that is so visibly obvious. If that was the case, he would've made sure there was no one around for this thing to get out. That is what intelligence is all about. You do it behind closed doors and with zero chance of it leaking. Even if you don't reveal your sources, you never openly discuss intelligence you received from a vulnerable source (no matter who that source is). That's just plain stupid. This was a blatant, idiotic mistake because of his lack of judgement and inexperience and his ego (look what happened with Nunez) where he demands everyone to be loyal to him instead of following proper protocols. Look at the way they're rushing to defend it with McMaster's silly denial to the press and then Putin vouching for him?

He might be able to use some basic, simple con tactics when he's making a deal for a piece of land to build a golf course or put up a casino. :-)

Great book. But there is absolutely no history that trump even reads novels, let alone a great book like The Art of War. He has a tough time properly articulating sentences with words like "stupid", "fantastic", "tremendous", "crazy" "believe me" etc. Most of the time he sounds like he's tweeting from a fraternity party that ran out of beer. :-)

So Trump is not stranger to these practices..

I really think you give him way too much credit on this one, SC bro.

Dear brother, with utmost respect, the guy is a shrouded businessman, he even had his own security apparatus, I am quite convinced that he knows what he is doing.. there is also a great book where you will find the simple sentences he uses, it is called "How to win friends and influence people".. please give him some credit, the guy has a Bsc or a Master in economics, he used a security apparatus longer than any "political" previous president.. he has business friends and partners all over the globe and he knows how to use deception in intelligence matters..
Sometimes an intelligence/counter-intelligence director will give some calculated amount of true information and might even sacrifice an expendable source in order to deceive his adversary..and have him believe what he wants him to believe as intelligence while hiding his true intentions..
The media and some of his aids are totally confused with his apparent unpredictability.. they are used to well defined protocols and do not like to be confused with out of the box thinking..
