Net aid giver. Meaning we give more aid than we receive.

Do not beg for it. Infact reject it often, for example after asian tsunami, told UK clearly we dont need it etc.

Aid received for humanitarian causes. Which is welcome.

Would look shameless if we begged for military aid because we want to fight with neighbors.

Indians as usual are going to get orgasm on this news like they had after the inception of Trump thinking he is going to do wonder andddd what he did in KSA is open for everyone to see. I say its a good development, pockets of some people were getting fat others were just taking the blame for it. Good news overall.

The reality is whilst the US does provide Pakistan with high tech equipment, be it a loan or a grant, in the long run the US will continue to account for a smaller overall percentage of Pakistani defence imports, thanks to Pakistan's diversification and indiginisation drives.
