The incompetence excuse to cover for the bioweapon that was released by US. I encountered about a half dozen of these deliberate attempts to get Democrats or some group to latch onto some data that supports their hated of somebody.
The low IQ in Iran did the same with 9/11. They latched onto their hatred of the Saudis and to this day blame Arabs for 9/11.
These bits of information gets Democrats to have their proof that trump was incompetent and that the virus came from Wuhan. And if anybody tells them different that this was a bioweapon, that PREDICT programming triggers them to say "no this was not a US bioweapon, I head that trump canceled PREDICT, trump is a idiot not a mass murderer. Vote out trump!"
These excuses show signs of intelligence, these are not good "traces".
