Surah 24 AN-NUR – The Beacon for Peace
In the name of Allah the gracious the merciful.
[1] This constitution is revealed by Us and recommended by Us for mankind because in it are revealed by Us clear goals for mankind so that you attain and maintain peace and prosperity.
[2] Any administration or community that lives outside Our this constitution and any administrator or individual that lives outside Our this constitution by its own make beliefs, bring each and every one of them round to it even if they are gathered around hundreds of separate ideologies and let nothing get in your way for removing harmful things from them in accordance to the constitution of Allah if you really are committed to working for peace for the good end result for humanity. Moreover let a department of administration of those who are committed to working for peace closely observe causes of their suffering.
[3] Any administrator or individual who decides to live outside Our constitution does not join it but instead joins the administration or community that also decides to live outside Our constitution or a community that lives by rule of other than that of Allah. Any administration or community that decides to live outside Our constitution does not join it but instead joins the administrator or administration/community that also decides to live outside Our constitution or a community that lives by rule of other than that of Allah, however to do such a things is not right for those who claim to be committed to working for peace.

[4] Those who under false pretence try to overthrow administrations or communities that work properly according to Our constitution and cannot produce even a few reliable witnesses to support their words and actions, separate them from community isolating them for good and do not accept their testimonies ever because they are rebels
[5] unless they repent thereafter and make good the loss they have caused, in that case Allah is surely graceful and merciful.
[6] As for individuals who accuse their own administrations or communities for not working according to divine constitution but have no witness except themselves, each one of them shall be made to swear four times under oath in the name of Allah that one’s accusation is true,
[7] and the fifth time one should be made to say that may Allah isolate one from His mercy and leave one open to suffering if one is lying.
[8] The consequences will be averted from the administration if the administration personnel also swears four times under oath in the name of Allah that the charge by the accuser is false,
[9] and the fifth time one representing administration or community should be made to say that may Allah isolate one from His mercy and leave one open to suffering if the charge against it is true.
In case of a few separate complaints against administrations, there should be proper investigations of the matter because isolated accusations become credible evidence that something is really wrong in the administration or community as in Surah 65 al Tallaaq.
[10] If it were not for Allah’s revelation as mercy for you, you would have no method of handling these situations. Allah surely turns to people with His guidance full of wisdom.
[11] Those who would concoct false accusations against others are numerous among you. Do not regard this necessarily an utterly bad thing for you rather it could prove useful for you in other ways like it keeps you alert ready to deal with dangers. Whoever takes any part in such exercises earns his share of consequences accordingly and the one who takes upon oneself the leading role faces the bigger consequences.
[12] Why is it that when those administrators or individuals and the administrations or the communities that are committed to working for peace hear such accusations against each other do not think better for each other and say, such accusations are clearly a false thing without any proving evidence?
[13] Why the accusers do not produced four witnesses? If they cannot produce the required reliable witnesses then they are liars in the light of Allah’s constitution.
[14] Were it not for the revelation as mercy of Allah for you in this world and the Hereafter, you would have suffered severely the painful suffering due to your involvement in such kind of things
[15] when you pass on with your tongues and uttered with your mouths accusations about which you have no proof. You take such a serious thing so lightly while it is a very serious offence in the light of Allah’s constitution.
[16] When you hear false accusations against each other why do you not say, it is not fitting for us as workers for peace to take part in such things, God forbid, it is such a destructive thing to do?
[17] Allah admonishes you never to turn to such things if you are really committed to working for peace.
[18] Allah makes His revelations clear for you because Allah is All-Knowing and All-Wise.
[19] Those who love to broadcast such slanders among those who are committed to working for peace will end up in painful suffering in this life as well as in the Hereafter. Allah makes evident the consequences yet you do not bother to know.
[20] Were it not for the revelation as mercy of Allah for you, you could have destroyed yourselves through such things so Allah is indeed very Kind and Merciful for mankind.
[21] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, follow not the goals of the one with destructive mindset and harmful attitude towards mankind because anyone who follows the goals of any such person should know that he will only influence one towards committing harmful acts against others that will bring destruction upon humanity from which Allah stops you. If there had not been the revelation as mercy of Allah for you then none of you would have ever been freed from harming and destroying others, for it is constitution of Allah for the good of mankind whereby Allah frees people from harming and destroying each other through following of His program, for Allah is All-Hearing and all knowing.
[22] So let not those among you who are graced with prosperity and greater means ever decide to withhold their help from those who depend on their help, be they indigent or those who left their homes for establishing the road map of Allah for sake of better relations and mutual cooperation for bringing about a better society, do you not wish that Allah dignifies you with prosperity through mutual cooperation? For Allah is gracious and merciful.
[23] Those who try to take advantage of properly functioning administrations through their blind-spots and loopholes are distancing themselves from revelation of Allah therefore His grace in this life and in the Hereafter, they are bound to end up in hell of their own making unless they repent and reform.
[24] Such people should know that there comes a time when people’s own tongues and their own hands and their own feet expose them through results of their own actions against Our constitution, for people act on their intentions and motive thus end up exposing themselves.
[25] The time is coming when Allah will make such people face the consequences they deserve then they will realise that Allah surely makes evident the truth about all affairs of human concern.
[26] Harmful and destructive administrations or communities result from harmful and destructive actions of administrators or individuals and harmful and destructive administrators or individuals are result of actions of harmful and destructive administrations or communities, and beneficial administrations or communities result as a consequence of the actions of beneficial administrators or individuals and beneficial administrators or individuals result from actions of beneficial administrations or communities, so it is clear that those who are free from intentions and motivations for harming and destroying others any allegations of corruption against them cannot prove true because their character and conduct is obvious to the community whether they benefitted others or harmed them. It is such like people for whom is dignified provision according to constitution of Allah.
[27] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, do not enter departments of administrations - other than departments under jurisdiction or responsibility of your own - without seeking permission from the appropriate authorised personnel of the department of administration assuring the administration in there that you came to carry out your business in peace having no intention of acting corruptly or causing trouble, following this procedure is better for you so that you could prosper.
[28] If you do not find the appropriate personnel to gain access then do not enter until you find the authorised person and gain permission and even if you do find the person yet if you are requested to return at another time then come back at another time you are told. This is more fitting for you and Allah makes evident by its result all that you do.
[29] There is no prohibition for you the administration to take under your control any derelict land or property that is not used by anybody to make good use of it for the good of the community and remember that Allah makes obvious all that you do in the public view and all that you do in private through result of your actions.
[30] Say to the administrators or individuals who are responsible for border security, to keep their observations up to standard to ensure the exits and the entries under their responsibilities are well guarded. That is a good safety measure for them as a community against uninvited harmful elements. Surely Allah is well aware of their motives, plots and actions.
[31] Likewise say to the administrations or communities working with them for ensuring security including border security to keep their eyes open to ensure their border exists and entries as well as any other possible security breaches are well guarded and they should not expose to danger their confidential information that ensures their well being except what needs to be displayed of it to show alertness but they should keep under cover their confidential information and main assets and should not expose them to any other save their own authorised personnel like their own superior administrators or even their superior administrators or their subordinate administrators, or even their subordinate administrators, or their supporting administrators and their subordinate administrators, or their supporting administrations and their subordinate administrators or their communities or their subordinate administrations that work under them or their standby personnel that are not kept as backup in case of need or the personnel under training who are not yet ready to take on full responsibilities of their communities. Moreover they should not recruit foot guards such people who may give away the secret information that they are supposed to guard. So turn to Allah’s constitution all of you O you who claim to be committed to working for peace so that you may attain prosperity.
[32] Moreover get the individuals from among you both men and women who can do a lot of good to join the administration to serve the community. If they lack in anything program of Allah will help them improve themselves and be able to fulfil requirements. for administration of Allah should bring about plenty of resources, which Allah will make evident in due course.
[33] And let those who do not yet qualify for entering the contract for administration to serve community due to lack of age or knowledge keep themselves working hard till Allah enables them with qualifications out of His bounty. As for those of your servants in your administrations who wish to free themselves from administrative responsibilities they should hand in their resignations appropriately and you should accept their resignations if you deem it appropriate and also give them appropriate gift out of the community wealth which Allah has given under your management. Do not force any of the communities or administrative work forces under you into poverty that they are forced to do things against divine constitution which they rather not do, for your own worldly gains against the set rules, and if any individual or community forces them into conduct against constitution then surely after such a compulsion Allah will still gracefully show them the way to free themselves from such conduct, for Allah is merciful for mankind.
[34] Moreover We have already revealed to you clear goals and cited examples of those people who passed away before you to serve as a lesson for those who want to be consistent with Allah and humanity.
[35] The constitution of Allah is the guiding torch for all the people in the high places as well as the people sunk in to the earth. The example of His torch for peace is like that of a Niche in which there is a lamp that is enclosed in a crystal globe and the globe radiates brilliance like that of a guiding star visible for all to see from everywhere, which is fuelled by plenty of olive tree that is neither from the East nor from the West, it is all set ready to light up as soon as ignited as if to add light of knowledge to the knowledge of already knowledgeable person, thus Allah guides to His light of knowledge whoever wants to be guided. This is how Allah explains with examples His message clearly for the people to make obvious to them that Allah knows about all thing.
[36] His constitution for peace should be installed in the houses for administrations which Allah recommends people to built for carrying out His set tasks in His name wherein people strive hard day and night,
[37] such people whom nothing should prevent from carrying out their daily tasks for their own families nor tasks for the benefit of the public according to the constitution of Allah, that is how they should establish divine order in order to achieve freedom for the community from all harms and destructions, keeping in forefront of their minds always the consequences that will ensue in time to come if they failed in carrying out their public and private duties faithfully.
[38] Allah will surely reward them according to the their good works for others and add for them even more out of His grace, for Allah gives plenty to whoever wants it through his hard work.
[39] As for the opposers of Our guidance, the results for their works are like a mirage in a sandy desert, which the thirsty traveller thinks to be water but when he gets near, he finds it to be nothing, that is how he finds Allah settling his account, for Allah rewards people according to their works that if you do nothing fruitful you end up with nothing fruitful.
[40] Or the example of a people living outside the light of Our constitution is that of a person in the darkness of the ocean overwhelmed with wave after wave over him like mountains- covering one like layers of utter darkness one above another so much so that if one stretches out one’s hand, one will hardly see it. Likewise the one whom Allah does not see coming to His light of guidance and use his mind to see it, will have no light.
[41] Do you not see that it is for manifestation of Allah’s sovereignty that whatever is in the heavens and in the earth strives? The very birds manifest His laws at work as they flap their wings in their flight. Each of them makes evident His order and His laws, that is how Allah makes obvious all that they do.
[42] To Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth therefore it is ultimately up to Allah to set their goal.
[43] Do you not see that because it up to Allah set goals for all things even the clouds move slowly according to His program to fulfil it, which thus causes them to come together then piles up in masses and so you see the rain dropping from inside them? He likewise causes hails from the clouds that look like mountains in the sky, afflicting therewith whoever makes oneself deserving it and turning it away from whoever makes not oneself deserving it. The flash of its lightning almost takes away the sight.
[44] Allah alternates the night and the day by rotation of the earth around itself; there is indeed a lesson in it for those who have the insight.
[45] Allah has originated all life forms from water and of them some creep upon their bellies and others that walk on two legs and yet others that walk on four. Allah creates what He planned, surely Allah has setup laws to operate everything.
[46] Likewise laws in universe We have revealed clear goals for mankind as well whereby Allah guides to the way of peace that is firmly founded on terms for peace.
[47] Even though people say, we are committed to working for peace along with the messenger according to the constitution yet no sooner they utter these words that some of them turn their backs when it comes to following it through in deeds. That is how they show they are not committed to working for peace.
[48] When such people are summoned according to constitution of Allah by court of His Messenger that he may resolve any disputes between them according to divine constitution, behold! A party of them declines to come unless arrested and brought before the court.
[49] However if they are sure that legal right is on their side then they come to him voluntarily.
[50] Is there a legitimate concern in their minds or are they worried Allah and His Messenger will deny them justice? Nay! In fact they are the ones who are the transgressors.
[51] The response of those who are truly committed to working for peace when they are summoned according to Allah’s constitution by His messenger so that he may judge between them should be to say, we hear and we obey. Such are the ones who will attain and maintain prosperity.
[52] It is because only those who are consistent with program of Allah along with His messenger are mindful of Allah for the good of others, that is why they are bound to succeed and prosper.
[53] Some swear by Allah that if you command them, they will go forth leaving their homes. Say, you do not need to swear to assure me, your consistency to your commitment will count only by doing not your empty word under oaths, rest assured Allah will make evident for all to see all that you will do.
[54] Say, be consistent with program of Allah by being consistent with the messenger but even If you do not, the messenger is still under obligation to fulfil his duty, as you are under obligation to fulfil yours so if you do what his assignment is for you then you have followed the right course of actions. The mission of the messenger is only to deliver the message clearly.
[55] But it is Allah who has promised those of you who have committed to working for peace by way of removing the obstacles in the way of peace to pave the way for peace that He will surely make them inherent the land as a community for the good of humanity as He made their ancestors inherit the land before them through their hard work and that He will establish for them their progressive and prosperous way of peaceful life, the one which He has advised them to create for themselves, that is how He will change their present state of fear into peace and security. So let them therefore serve My constitution alone and take no other sovereign beside Me. Moreover if any individual or community opposes My constitution henceforth then it that person or community shall be treated as rebel and transgressor.
[56] So establish divine constitution to attain freedom from all harm as a community thus be consistent with the messenger so that you could be shown progress and prosperity.
[57] Never think that those who oppose Our constitution can totally derail Our program in the land, for their end is assured painful suffering unless they repent and reform, and that is a terrible state of existence to be in.
[58] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, let the people who wish to serve you as your new administration as well as those who have not yet completed their term seek your consent before leaving and commencing their work on three occasions, before the start of new term, in middle of the term for whatever reasons and when the contract expires at the end of the term. These are the three times when you the community are most vulnerable so take extra care. At other times there should be no obstacle for you when you the public and they the administration go around seeing one another for business as usual. Thus Allah makes His guidelines clear for you, for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
[59] And when your administrations reach their end of term let them still ask your permission as their predecessor did to continue or leave the office. Thus Allah makes His guidelines clear for you, for Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
[60] There is no obstacle in the way of such administrations that have no interest in renewing their contract for another term, if they lay aside their cloaks of responsibility without exposing the valuable confidential information, for it is better for them if they refrain from doing so and Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
[61] There should be left no obstacles in the way of a person lacking in knowledge nor in the way of a person lacking experience or in the way a person physically incapacitated preventing one from participation in your community or administration. Nor should there be any problem for you to participate in your directly related ancestral organisations or directly related main organisations or closely related groups or closely related parties, or your indirectly related ancestral groups, or your indirectly related ancestral parties, or your closely related remote groups, or your closely related remote parties, or your sincere friendly organisations, or any other administration or community or party which is open for you. There is no obstacle in your way whether you participate as individuals or as communities, groups, parties or organisations but that when you enter into any task with others, you should assure each other that you are working to ensure their peace and prosperity. Thus Allah makes His goals clear to you, so that you may grow in understanding and community.
[62] Surely the truly committed to working for peace are those who commit to working for peace for Allah along His messenger and who when they are gathered around him concerning any matter requiring collective action do not depart until they have been given his permission or unless they seek his permission - only those who ask your permission are the ones truly committed to working for peace for mission of Allah along His messenger - so when any of them asks your permission to leave and attend to theirs private business, you may give permission to those of them whom you deem appropriate but keep working on program of Allah seeking their progress and prosperity.
[63] Do not treat such summoning of the messenger in the same way as you consider the calling of each other among yourselves. Allah knows those of you who slip away hiding themselves behind others. Let those who disregard his such summonings beware that if they do not come to realise their importance for the society the society could end up in troubles.
[64] Be aware! Whatever is in the heavens and in the earth belongs to Allah. He makes evident by their results all your thoughts and actions. So the time is coming when those living outside constitution of Allah will be brought by each others to live by His constitution alone and that is how He will show them all that they would have done. That is how Allah will make evident that He knows everything.
Surah 33 AL-AHZAAB- The administration departments of communities
In the name of Allah the Gracious, the Merciful.
[1] O you the prophet, be consistent with program of Allah for the good of humanity and do not be ally to those who make wars against Our program openly or secretly, for Allah indeed makes evident the results of their actions proving clearly that He is all knowing ruler of the universe.
[2] So you too follow faithfully that which is revealed to you from your Lord, for Allah will make evident the result of your actions as well showing He is aware of all that you do.
[3] Therefore trust the laws set up by Allah for operating the universe, for Allah is sufficient as disposers of all affairs by means of those laws.
[4] Allah never puts a leading person of a nation who is consistent with His laws in two minds or confusion to weaken his body of administration or force or community therefore He does not advise you to rely on your recently admitted communities in your circle for your support till they go through necessary tests and trainings, nor has He advised you about those whom you call your allies who have recently joined you to take them as your supporters just because you presume them fit for the task. These are mere assumptions on your part till they are put through proper training and tested, thus Allah tells you real situation and guides you to do things in a way that is proper to save you from regretting later.
[5] So organise them under their own units under their own heads of groups, for that is better in sight of Allah, and if some do not have groups of their own to organise under then organise them under the heads of your groups for they are your brothers in cause of Islam and your supporters. There is no blame on you for any unintentional mistake, for blame is only for things that you do wrong with the intention of your minds because Allah is Graceful and Merciful.
[6] The prophet is foremost in commitment to working for peace from among the people who claim to be committed to working for peace and his original supporting communities are the foundational communities for the newer ones to follow. It is because people have committed to the mission at different stages relatively to each other, some originally committed to working for peace are from the settled communities and some from the immigrant communities so they have carried out the main work for the mission therefore they have greater say in deciding community matters according to book of Allah, but all of you are duty bound to do as much good for each other as much is within your capacity. This has been written in the constitution of Allah since the beginning of Our revelation.
[7] You can call to mind the covenant which We took from all the prophets one after the other as they were appointed, likewise we are doing with you as we did with Noah, Abraham, Moses and Jesus son of Mary - We took that solemn covenant from all of them that they must do their best for each other,
[8] We did this so that they fulfil Our demand to prove that they were true in their commitment for peace because those who oppose Allah’s program, He has warned them of dire consequences in form of painful suffering.
[9] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, remember the favour Allah bestowed on you when there gathered against you enemy forces to attack you and We unleashed against them forces they did not expect and Allah saw all that you were doing.
[10] When the enemy attacked you from above and from below and when your eyes were petrified due to fear and your hearts leaped up to your throats and you began to entertain all sorts of doubts about Allah,
[11] there and then those who claimed to be committed to working for peace were put to test and were shaken with tremendous shaking.
[12] Remember when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts there was still some doubt
were openly saying, Allah and His messenger promised us nothing but delusion
[13] and a party of them said, O people of Yathrib, you cannot stand the attack much longer so run back to your city and another party of them sought leave of the prophet saying, our houses are insecure but in actual fact they were not insecure. They intended nothing but to run away from the battlefront by way of excuses.
[14] Had the city been entered from all sides and had they been incited to sedition, they
would have little hesitation to become partners in it
[15] even though they had made covenant with Allah not to show their backs and the covenant with Allah must surely be answered for.
[16] Tell them, running away will not do you any good and if you are running away from
death or being killed still you would enjoy this life only for a little while more.
[17] Ask them, who can protect you from Allah if He intends to harm you or who can prevent Him if He intends to show you mercy? They will find none besides Allah to protect or help them.
[18] Allah is well aware of those among you who hold others back and those who say to their brethren, join us and seldom take part in the actual fighting themselves.
[19] They are ever reluctant to assist you. Whenever they are in danger they look towards you with their eyes rolling as though they were at the point of death but when they are out of danger they come to greet you with their sharp tongues in greed for gain. Such people have no commitment to working for peace. Allah has exposed all their deeds as of no real benefit for others and to do that was not at all difficult for Allah.
[20] They thought that the enemy ally forces would never withdraw. Indeed if the confederates should come again they would wish to be among the Bedouins and seek news about you from a safe distance and even if they happened to be with you they would take but a little part in the actual fighting.
[21] Indeed in the person of messenger of Allah there is model for doing good for others for any of you who hopes to establish the rule of law of Allah one day for the good end result therefore he strives very much to manifest sovereignty of Allah thereby.
[22] Therefore when the ones truly committed to working for peace saw the enemy allied forces they said, this is what Allah and His messenger had promised us and Allah and his messenger were absolutely true in their promise. This increased them all the more in their commitment to the success of the mission due to their even more acceptance of the mission.
[23] Among those who claimed to be committed to working for peace there were men who have been true to their covenant with Allah, of them some have completed their vow through sacrificing their lives and some others are waiting for it and have not changed their determination even in the least.
[24] All this happens so that Allah may reward those who prove true to their commitment to peace and so that He lets hypocrites land thereby in painful suffering so that they may repent and reform and He may accept their repentance and reformation if so He plans because Allah is full of grace and full of Mercy for mankind.
[25] Likewise Allah brought about turning back of those who fought against His mission, they retreated in their rage without gaining any advantage and sufficient for them in their fight is Allah who commit to working for peace, for Allah is All Powerful and Almighty.
[26] Similarly He exposed by bringing down from their fortresses those people of the book who supported the invaders thereby casting fear into their hearts. As a result of their partaking in the war some of them you slew and some you took as prisoners.
[27] Thus He made you heirs of their lands and their houses as well as their goods and also the land on which you had never set your foot before. Surely Allah has set laws fpr al things to operate as per His program.
[28] O you the prophet, say to your ally parties, if you support me only because you desire only worldly things for life without any commitment to the mission then come, I will give you of these and let you go in an appropriate way
[29] but if you seek success of mission of Allah through supporting His messenger for the better end result then you are assured that Allah has prepared a great plan to reward those of you who do good for others.
[30] O communities of the Prophet, if any of you are found guilty of clearly going against the program of Allah, her punishment will be double and this is easy for Allah.
[31] Those of you who are consistent with guidance of Allah as delivered by His messenger and do things that prepare way for peace will be granted double the reward because for them We have prepared a generous provision.
[32] O ally parties of the Prophet, you are not like any other communities, for you are bedrock of humanity, so if you want to remain consistent with program of Allah for the good of humanity then you should never be careless in carrying out your set tasks in case any in whose heart is disease of hypocrisy is thereby encouraged for spreading harmful propaganda against mission of Allah, therefore manifest what you say by way of appropriate actions.
[33] Stay well within your jurisdictions and do not display your arrogance against each other as you used to do in the days of ignorance before committing to this program instead establish the divine order by working hard for it and attain freedom from doing any harm to others, thus be consistent with constitution of Allah as delivered by His messenger. Allah only intends to remove all that is harmful for you and to free you completely from inflicting any harm to each others, O followers of the divine constitution.
[34] Therefore strive to manifest by your actions that which is proclaimed in your jurisdictions of the instructions of Allah through implementation, surely Allah is aware of even the finest of things.
[35] Surely the chief administrators of the departments for law and order and the administrations working with them, the chief administrators of the department for security departments and the administrations working with them, the chief administrators of the departments for crime prevention and the administrations working with them, the chief administrators of the departments for crime scene investigators and the administrations working with them, the chief administrators of the departments for defence and the administrations working with them, the chief administrators of the departments for accountability and the administrations working with them, the chief administrators of the departments for collections of revenue and the administrations working with them, the chief administrators of the departments for training and recruitments and the administrations working with them, the chief administrators of the departments for border control and the administrations working with them, and the chief administrators of the departments for missionary work of Allah and the administrations working with them- for all such people as work in any office in any capacity and carry out their work faithfully Allah will grant them dignity and reward them greatly.
[36] It is not fitting for any chief administrator or any administration working with him to have right of discretion concerning affairs under their responsibility when a matter has been already instructed by Allah through His messenger and whoever disobeys Allah by disregarding His Messenger has obviously strayed far off the right way of doing things.
[37] Moreover call to mind the time when you advised the one who was blessed by Allah with abilities and whom you blessed with official responsibility to head an administrative department saying, stick to your department of administration faithfully by being consistent with program of Allah. And have confidence in yourself regarding program of Allah which He wants you to turn into a manifest reality by attending to the concerns of the people, for it is requirement of Allah that you pay attention to His program. But when the said person concluded that his department of administration had to be concluded after it had served its useful purpose because it became extra then We brought the department of administration under your authority for restructuring so that henceforth there is no problem for those who commit to working for peace that when they have fulfilled their responsibilities assigned to them that then they may be moved to carry out other tasks wherever they may be needed, for task of Allah must be carried out for the good of mankind.
[38] It is not fitting for the prophet that he should find difficulty in what Allah has imposed for him as a duty. Such has been the way of Allah with all the prophets who have gone before, for goal of Allah is already set for the mankind.
[39] Henceforth those who are charged with duty of delivering the messages of Allah should pay attention to it yet more and they should pay attention to the task set by Allah in such way that none else deserves their attention save the goal of Allah, for constitution of Allah ought to be put to work in such a way that it solves the problems of all the people.
[40] It is not fitting for Muhammad that he should act as a father figure for any of you men rather he is a final messenger of Allah who concludes the divine prophet-hood, for Allah has made clear all that he needed to, for He has knowledge of all things.
[41] So O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, from now on it is your duty entirely to proclaim the message of Allah to nations of the world as much as is possible for you and bring about the set divine world order,
[42] therefore strive hard day and night to achieve and maintain it.
[43] It is He Who supports you and your administrators with His guidance so that He brings you out of darkness of ignorance into the light of knowledge, for He is Merciful to those who are committed to working for peace.
[44] By the time they fulfil their task their life will be peaceful, for He has prepared this plan for them as a generous reward.
[45] O prophet, surely We have sent you as a witness to let people know this good news from Us as well as to deliver Our warning to them as to what will happen if they failed in following Our this program,
[46] therefore invite people to program of Allah like a brilliant lamp spreading the light of knowledge.
[47] Moreover give good news to those who commit to working for peace that plan of Allah is great for their prosperity.
[48] Therefore do not ally with those who make wars against Our program openly or secretly and face their animosity steadfastly putting your trust in laws of Allah, for laws of Allah are sufficient as disposers of all affairs.
[49] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, if you enter in a contract with other parties that also claims to works for peace but decide by mutual consent to end the contract before the commencement of the actual work then you are not required to observe any period of notice or period of grace but do show appreciation to each other by exchanging appropriate gifts relieving each other of the contract gracefully with dignity.
[50] O Prophet, We have made lawful for you to work with all your communities provided you reward them appropriately and those parties that are under your administration whom Allah has assigned with you; and your basic remote independent communities under your administration and your basic remote dependent communities, and your nearby independent communities and your nearby dependent communities that migrated with you; and the host communities that committed themselves to working for peace that volunteered themselves to the prophet for the divine service – it is entirely up to you the prophet alone to decide to use their offer of free service as appropriate and not for other communities who claim to be committed to working for peace; We have made known what restrictions We have imposed on the others who claim to be committed to working for peace regarding their dealings with their independent communities as well as their dependent communities. We granted you this privilege so that there is no problem for you when you need help of other people in order to fulfil Our mission, for Allah is gracious and merciful for mankind.
[51] You may get help of any of your communities you deem suitable for any task that you may plan and you may not use any of them that you may consider not fit for the set task at the time and there is nothing wrong with you if you call any of them back after you had temporarily set them aside. This is so, so that they all feel part of the greater community by way of their contributions so that they do not feel left out and that they learn how to satisfy whatever responsibilities you give them to fulfil. Rest assured Allah makes evident all that is in your hearts through you actions, for Allah is All-Knowing, All Encompassing.
[52] It should not be difficult for you to get more communities after these to join you but you should not change the present arrangement of your communities even though their setup may appear better and more pleasing to you save that your communities already supporting you are exceptionally unique and Allah is unique in awareness of all things.
[53] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, do not try to enter the setup and planning of the prophet just because you want to rather let the prophet decide about it, nor try to stay waiting for participation when the prophet decides that you are not required, but if you are invited to participate, enter, and when you have done your part leave and do not seek entry by long justifications for participation. Such behaviour actually annoys the prophet but he feels hesitant in asking you again and again to leave, however Allah is not hesitant in clearly stating what the appropriate behaviour is for you to adopt. So when you have to ask for participations in any of participant parties for any of his expeditions stay within sensible limits about them. This is more appropriate for satisfaction of your own minds as well as of participating parties. It is not a right thing to do for you to annoy the messenger of Allah by tempering with his setup and planning of his activities for his communities after he has set them up, this would prove seriously damaging for you in sight of Allah.
[54] Moreover it matters not you reveal something or conceal it from the prophet, Allah is surely able to make obvious everything to him.
[55] There should be no difficulty for any of you the parties in carrying out the mission of Allah be they their predecessor parties or their successor parties, not for their nearby dependent groups or their nearby independent groups, not for their remote dependent parties or their remote independent parties, there should be no difficulty for any party regardless they are their independent parties or their dependent parties for carrying out the task of Allah. All of them should be consistent with program of Allah for the good of humanity, for Allah is a witness over everything.
[56] Indeed Allah and the administrators of His kingdom lend their full support to the prophet. So O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, give your full support to him by fully submitting to his mission as you ought to submit.
[57] Surely those who inflict harm on mission of Allah by inflicting harm on His messenger are bound to land in their self created disgrace in sight of Allah in this world and in the hereafter, for He finds ready for them humiliation and suffering if they do not repent and reform.
[58] And those who try to cause troubles among communities that have committed themselves to working for peace by spreading misinformation and disinformation for creating suspicions and animosities among them who actually do them no harm will bear the consequences for their rumours and slanders, for it is a grave crime against their dignity and respect and very damaging for the community.
[59] O Prophet, tell the chiefs of your main administrations and the chiefs of your subordinate administrations and the communities of those who claim to be committed to working for peace under their jurisdiction that they should take overall visible appropriate measures to protect themselves. That is more suitable for the situation under the circumstances so that they are recognized as well guarded communities and not bothered, that is how Allah shows grace and mercy for mankind.
[60] If the hypocrites and those in whose minds is destructive ambition as well as those who want to stir up sedition desist not then We will let you rise up against them and their days in the city as your neighbours will be numbered.
[61] They will then be disgraced wherever they are found and they will be stopped from carrying out their activities need be by fighting.
[62] This has been the way of Allah for dealing with such people even from among people who lived before you and you will never find any change in the way of Allah in dealing with such people now.
[63] People ask you about the time for dealing with these people decisively. Tell them, it is up to Allah to make this warning a reality? It may be that if these people increase their activities instead of stopping after the warning then the time to deal with them has already come.
[64] Surely Allah lets them disgrace themselves such as oppose His mission by letting them prepare for themselves the raging fire of hatred
[65] to live therein forever unless they repent and reform because if they do not then they can never find any protection or help other than in following faithfully the program of Allah.
[66] The day when their faces will be cast down raging with fire of hatred they will say, bad news for us, would that we had listened to Allah's advice and heeded the messenger.
[67] They will further admit, our Lord, we obeyed our chiefs and our priests and they misled us from the way that was right for leading to peaceful existence.
[68] Our Lord, let them suffer double the suffering and let descend upon them a great sorrow.
[69] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, be not like those who tried to hurt Moses repeatedly though Allah saved him from all that they did against him, for he was such a messenger who honoured the mission in sight of Allah.
[70] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, be consistent with program of Allah and manifest only that behaviour which is beneficial for others.
[71] So that thereby He improves your mutual conduct and removes your weaknesses, for he who is consistent with Allah's advice according to His messenger will indeed have achieved goodness in great amount for mankind.
[72] We surely extended the offer of Our program for peaceful existence to the people in the high places as well as to those down to earth lowly people but people of great influence thereafter refused to shoulder the responsibility and moved away from it save the insightful man. Surely the one refused to follow the program is the one who transgresses the set limits of human decency due to being arrogantly ignorant
[73] due to this Allah leaves the hypocrite chiefs and their hypocrite communities and the polytheist chiefs and their polytheist communities suffer the painful consequences, but Allah turns by means of His revelation to those chief administrators and their communities who commit to working for peace, for Allah is Full of grace and full of Mercy for mankind who follow His program.
Surah 65 AT-TALAAQ–The procedure for termination of administration
In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
[1] O Prophet, when you dissolve your administrations, dissolve them at the end of their contract periods and keep count of their time in the office properly. Thus be consistent with rule of Allah your sustainer. Do not terminate their contracts before the time of expiry nor they themselves should resign unless they are convicted of some serious crime that brings the administration into disrepute due to which it becomes necessary that they be made to leave the premises where administrations are based. These are limits set by Allah and whoever transgresses these limits of Allah will put oneself into difficulty. In case of accusations and suspensions you never know that Allah may thereafter bring about some new situation for reconciliation so do not go for dismissal till investigation reaches that conclusion.
[2] However when the period for administration in the office reaches completion then either keep them honourably or part with them honourably by way of two parties who are just and fair minded to state their position in light of program of Allah for humanity whether they should be allowed to continue to serve in the offices or replaced. This advice is being given to all who claim to be committed to working for peace according to program of Allah for the good end result for mankind. For any who is consistent with program of Allah for the good of mankind He always provided a way out of all circumstances and situations,
[3] and guided him to sustenance from the sources he could never imagine, for rule of Allah is sufficient for any person or group that has confidence in His laws that work for all affairs. Surely Allah brings about through those laws all that He plans and Allah has set the standard for all things including people and their management administrations.
[4] So those of your administration that have come to end of their time in office, the period of grace for new appointment is three months in case you fall victim to instability, and the same will apply to those who have no set time for service but need to be replaced for various reasons including age, illness or mismanagement. As for those who are burdened with heavy responsibility and are under investigation for serious complaints against them, their period of suspension should continue till completion of investigation and delivery of decision This is how Allah eases difficulties for those who stick steadfastly with His program.
[5] That is the reason Allah has sent to you His guidelines so that he who gives due importance to guidance of Allah will have his difficulties removed and his hard work paid off.
[6] Let the administration people live the way you yourselves live according to your means. You should not harass them so as to make life intolerable for them. So long as they are charged with responsibility of administration maintain them until they have completed their task till the given time. Moreover even if after that they continue providing support for your future needs compensate them and settle the matter of compensation with mutual consultation and in all fairness. But if you cannot get on with each other then let another administration come in to the office and carry on providing your future needs.
[7] So that your administrations could do things for you let the man of more means contribute to the community revenue according to his means and the man of less means give according to what Allah has given him to raise the revenue for community programs. Allah does not hold anyone liable with more than He has given him and soon Allah may bring ease for people after hardship this way.
[8] Be warned, how many townships rebelled against the guidance of their Lord via His messengers despite the fact that Our warning was strict and severe yet they ended up in hell of their own creation
[9] and that is how they tasted the fruit of their own misdeeds and the fruit of their misdeeds was harm and destruction.
[10] Allah wanted to move them away from painful suffering but did they listen? Therefore, O people with sense, those who claim to be committed to working for peace, be consistent with program of Allah for bringing peace to the world. Surely Allah has sent for you too, a guidance.
[11] A messenger is proclaiming to you the revelations of Allah containing clear guidance for you, so that He may lead out of darkness of ignorance in to the light of knowledge those of you who commit to working for peace and actively remove difficulties in the way of peace among people. So He that commits to working for program of Allah and does good for the mankind, will indeed be landed into the blissful world in which flow things people need like rivers, to live therein for as long as people follow the given program, for Allah has planned an excellent program for them to work on.
[12] It is Allah Who has created the seven planets of the solar system and the earth likewise. His laws operate throughout all of them likewise, so that it may become obvious to you that it is Allah alone Who rules over all things in the universe and that awareness of Allah encompasses all things.
Surah 58 AL-MUJADALAH – The Fight for Rule of Law
In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
[1] Allah has indeed heard the party that has formally filed a complaint with you against its administrative authority in order to seek decision of Allah and Allah always heard arguments of both the parties involved. Surely Allah hears all and sees all that people do.
[2] In general those who are unduly undermined from among you by their administrative authorities they should realise that such administrative authorities cannot fulfil their needs for dignified livelihood. Surely the providers of their livelihood can only be such administrative authorities as ensure their dignified survival. The promises of such administrative authorities are therefore surely absurd that do not fulfil their commitment to their people. Allah indeed eliminates mistakes of people by guiding them to their corrections gracefully.
[3] As for those who unduly rebel against their administrative authorities and then wish for reconciliation regarding what they complaint about then they should compensate their administrative authorities before they resume their relationship with them. This is advised to teach you a lesson, for Allah is well aware of all that you do.
[4] Any who cannot do so should volunteer oneself to work for administration for two consecutive months before they can have normalisation of relationship. However, if one cannot even volunteer then one should provide livelihood for sixty poor people for a day. This is enjoined so that you commit to working for peace for sake of Allah according to His Messenger. These are the limits set by Allah and those who wage wars against them will end up in t6heir self created painful suffering.
[5] Those who oppose program of Allah by His messenger will indeed end up humiliated like those before them. We have sent down clear warnings that the opposers of our guidance shall have a humiliating punishment.
[6] The day Allah pushes out all those who oppose His rule of law out of the way giving power to those who follow His goal then He will show them what they would have been doing to the world. Allah has kept full record of their deeds even though they may have forgotten, for Allah is witness to everything people do.
[7] Are you not aware that Allah makes known all that is in the heavens and in the earth? It cannot be that three persons converse in secret and He is not the fourth of them, or five persons converse in secret and He is not the sixth of them, regardless fewer or many and wherever they may be He is with them. Then on the day of uprising He will show them the result of what they would have done, surely Allah has knowledge of all things.
[8] Have you not seen those who were forbidden to hold secret meetings yet they persistently do what was made unlawful for them to do? They hold secret meetings among themselves for conspiring to undermine confidence in the program of Allah to create hostile environment for all against the instruction of the messenger. That is why when they come to you they greet you with inappropriate words which Allah does not greet you with, and say to each other, why does Allah not punish us for what we say? Hell of their own making is sufficient for them and they shall burn in flames of hatred, what a terrible state of existence to be in!
[9] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, when you confer together in private, never conspire for undermining confidence in program of Allah and for creating hostile environment for each other or for confrontation with messenger of Allah instead counsel for doing good for each other and for stopping any harm against each other and for being consistent with program of Allah, therefore be consistent with Allah for the good of humanity, for it is He around Whose goal you should all be gathered.
[10] Be warned that people with destructive mindset and harmful attitude against humanity call for holding meetings in secret in order to plot inflicting damage and destruction on those commit to working for peace, however none can inflict any harm at all upon them unless Allah so permits and that is only when people move away from His advice, this is why those who commit to working for peace must show confidence in laws of Allah that operate throughout the universe.
[11] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, when you are called upon to tolerate and cooperate with each other in your meetings then do accommodate each other so that thereby Allah makes room for you in each other's hearts. And if you are called upon to rise up to any occasion then do rise up because that is the way Allah will raise to heights those of you who are truly committed to working for peace because they are the ones who have the knowledge of divine program. Thus Allah makes evident He is aware of all that you do.
[12] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, when you have to deliver some task for the messenger, ensure before your action that you already have what you need for carrying out the task. That will be better for you and free of obstacles. But if you fail to act on his request for some excusable reason then Allah is gracious and merciful.
[13] Are you passionate on your fulfilling of the tasks and have the necessities? But if you cannot do so due to lack of resources then worry not Allah will turn towards you with His grace and instead you should help establish His order in the land thereby attain freedom from all ills in the community and thus be consistent with program of Allah along with His messenger. Allah is well aware of all that you do.
[14] Have you not noticed the ones who turn to those people regarding matters of community concern who are suffering from rage that Allah warned them against? They are neither on your side nor yet on theirs and they swear allegiance to falsehood and they know it.
[15] Allah has declared for such terrible suffering because destructive indeed is for mankind what they are doing.
[16] They use their oaths as shields for their deception and debar others from the way of Allah, therefore they will end up in humiliating suffering.
[17] Neither their riches nor their sons shall avail them anything due to being against program of Allah. They have bound themselves to end up in hell so they will live therein forever unless they repent and reform.
[18] One day Allah will raise them all to life and they will swear to Him as well like they now swear to you, thinking that their oaths will help them. By no means! Surely they are liars.
[19] The destructive mindset and harmful attitude has gained possession of them causing them to forget Allah’s warning. They are the party of the destructive elite. Beware! It is indeed the party of those who oppose program of Allah that is why they will end up the losers.
[20] Those who try to damage cause of Allah by His messenger will be among the most humiliated.
[21] Allah has declared that it is I and My messengers who will most certainly prevail. Surely Allah is mighty strong.
[22] You will never find any people who are committed to working for peace for sake of Allah’s program and for the better end result for mankind on friendly terms with those who are at war with Allah and His messenger even though they be their fathers, their sons, their brothers or their relatives. It is they in whose hearts Allah has inscribed commitment to working for peace by strengthening them with the revelation from Himself. He will land them in gardens in which as if flow rivers of all things, to live therein for as long as they live. Allah will be well pleased with them and they will be well pleased with Him. They are the party of Allah. Beware! Surely it is the party of Allah that will be successful.
Surah 59 AL-HASHR – The Exile
In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
[1] Strives to manifest sovereignty of Allah all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth because He alone is the Mighty ruler of the universe.
[2] It is He Who brought out of their dwellings safely the warmongers from among the people of the book at the time of first exile. You did not think they would ever leave and they too thought their security measures would keep them safe to continue working against the mission of Allah. However the rule of consequences set by Allah came into play against them in a way they did not expect and that caused fear in their minds so they ended up dismantling their own houses themselves with help of those who claim to be committed to working for peace between people. So learn the lesson from all this, O people of insight.
[3] Had Allah not saved them by His decree allowing safe passage for them, they could have been made to suffer bigger losses immediately without giving the matter much thought or they could have been made to suffer much worse consequences later through fire of hatred they themselves ignited.
[4] All this happened because they set themselves up firmly against mission of Allah through His messenger and any people that set themselves up against rule of Allah should know that Allah is strict in holding people to His set standard.
[5] So whatever soft or hard approach you adopted to bring about peaceful exile was according to decree of Allah, so that He may let the opposers of His constitution reflect on the lesson.
[6] Moreover it was Allah who bestowed on His messenger the information he needed including the decree for the safe passage for them, therefore you spurred neither cavalry nor camelry to capture or kill them, thus Allah gives to His messengers by His set laws influence against whom He plans, for Allah has set laws to govern over all things.
[7] Whatever of the dwellers of the township Allah has bestowed on His messenger belongs to Allah alone and it is for His messenger to distribute it to all those who are dependent upon him in any way, particularly the lone individuals who have none to support like orphans, the people who lack livelihood and are in need of support and the travellers who may become needy looking for help. Such way of distribution of wealth is necessary so that the wealth does not become the property of those among you who do not care for others and would not share it with others. Therefore take only whatever share of the community wealth the messenger rightfully assigns for you and refrain from taking whatever share of wealth does not rightfully belong to you and therefore he stops you from taking it. Be consistent with rule of Allah for the good of humanity, for Allah is strict in holding people to His set standard for their own good.
[8] An appropriate share from community wealth should be assigned for the immigrants who are driven out of their homes and are freed of their possessions just because they seek Allah’s grace and His good pleasure through supporting the mission of Allah by supporting His Messenger, such are indeed true to their commitment for bringing peace to the world.
[9] An appropriate share should also be given to those who made sacrifices to help new comers and were already committed to working for peace even before the arrival of the immigrants and love those who migrated to them and have no desire in their hearts for things given to them and prefer those immigrants over themselves even though they themselves are poor. In fact those who are saved from selfishness are the ones who achieve prosperity.
[10] And those who joined later on to support the mission after those already there expressed their goodwill for them by saying, our Lord, grace us and our brothers who have been working for peace since before us and do not leave any malice in our minds towards those who have been committed to working for peace already. Our Lord, surely You are Kind and Merciful.
[11] On the other hand did you not notice the hypocrites used to say to their warmongering brethren from among the people of the book that if Muslims exile you then we too will leave with you and we will never heed anyone who seeks to harm you and if you are attacked, we will certainly help you? However Allah made it evident that they were lying.
[12] Because when they were exiled, they will did not go with them, so they would not have helped them either even if they were attacked, and even if they had decided to help them, they would have turned their backs, they knew this already therefore they did not help them at all.
[13] It is because in their minds there is greater tension for consequences for going against you rather than going against constitution of Allah and interest of humanity, for they are a people who avoid understanding of things that really matter.
[14] They will never fight against you even altogether except in fortified townships and from behind walls. Strong is their valour amongst themselves, you may think they are united but the fact is their minds are divided. This is because they are a people who avoid learning wisdom.
[15] They are similar in mindset and attitude to those who have tasted the consequences of their deeds a short while before them. They too shall face painful consequences for their deeds.
[16] Their parable is like that of a destructive adviser who says to his following, oppose the advice of Allah but when the following does so, he says to it, I have nothing to do with you so you are now on your own. This is how foolishly clever man deceives the dumb and then for saving face he tells him the excuse, I fear Allah the Lord of the nations.
[17] The end result for both of them will be that they will be tossed in painful suffering and remain therein for as long as they live unless they repent and reform and follow the divine program. Or that is the reward for those who inflict harm on each other.
[18] So O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, be consistent with Allah’s program for the good of mankind and let each and every person be careful as to what one is doing for the good of its own future. So be consistent with Allah’s program as Allah makes evident for you the result of all that you do.
[19] Be not like those given books before you who forgot Allah’s program and as a result Allah found them neglecting their progress and prosperity and so they ended up in painful suffering, it is they who moved away from the road map that Allah set for them.
[20] The people heading for the world full of painful suffering and the people heading for the world full of bliss are not equal rather people heading for bringing about a blissful world are far superior.
[21] Even if We had sent this Qur’an to a most knowledgeable person in the earth, you would still have seen him humbling himself before its knowledge due to being awe struck by glory of Allah, We are citing such like examples for mankind so that they could become thoughtfully active people.
[22] Allah is He besides Whom there is no God, the One Who makes known that which is unseen through that which is obvious to show He is kind and Merciful for mankind.
[23] Allah is He besides Whom there is no God, the only Sovereign, the One who advises people to become free of harm and destruction, the One who advises people to be peaceful, the Granter of security from harm and destruction, the Guardian and Sustainer of all His creatures, the Almighty, the Irresistible, the Supreme in authority, surely Allah is free of all those people associate with Him as partners in His sovereignty.
[24] He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the Modeller. His are the most beautiful names. All that is in the heavens and the earth strives to reflect His sovereignty, for He alone is the Almighty ruler of the world.
Surah 60 AL-MUMTAHINAH - THE EXAMINATION
In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
[1] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, do not deal with those who are enemies of My mission as well as enemies of your well being in a way that strengthens their position against yourselves. Would you give them advantage when they have declared war against the divine constitution which has come to you and is right for all of you and moreover they have driven the messenger and yourselves out of your homes simply because you chose to commit to working for peace to establish the rule of Allah your Lord for the good of all of you? If it indeed was the reason that you left your homes and what you had to strive in My way and to seek establishment of My program then how can any of you carry on having any relationship with them secretly? I make evident by its effects all that you do and try to keep it a secret as well as all that you do in the open. Any of you who reveals confidential information of the community to its enemies has surely lost the sense of purpose of joining this community because he has harmed the interest of the community.
[2] Do realise that if they who oppose you overcome you then they would behave to you as your worst enemies by stretching out their hands to wage wars on you and their tongues for harming you by their false propaganda, because they want to see you joining them in fight against the mission of Allah.
[3] However if you did that then remember that harm will keep on spreading and the day will come when people will rise up against the oppressive system, neither your relatives nor your children will be of any help to you when that happens. That day will manifest clearly for you to see the difference between both of you the parties as to who is following the beneficial and who is following the harmful system for humanity because Allah is observing all that you do and making it evident by way of consequences of your own actions.
[4] You have an example in Abraham and his companions in doing good for others. They said to their people, we are breaking off our relationship with you because of those whom you serve against set goal of Allah your chiefs, priests and gods and we have set ourselves on a collision course with you, so from now on starts enmity and hatred between us and you forever unless you give up harming others and commit to working for peace according to constitution of Allah, the sole sovereign. However Abraham also said to the father of his people that I will keep looking for a way that brings a dignified life for you all but I cannot do anything that goes against the set rule of Allah. Abraham said, our Lord, upon Your advice we act and to Your guidance we turn, for You are the only one who has the right to set the goal for the mankind.
[5] Our Lord, do not make us the easy target for those who oppose Your mission instead our Lord expose for us the way to dignity. You are surely the sole Mighty ruler of the kingdom of the universe.
[6] Indeed therein is an excellent example for anyone who joins the mission of Allah looking forward to the day of good end result but he who turns against it let him be aware that Allah is free of all wants indeed to whom belongs the Majesty of the universe.
[7] It may well be that Allah will bring about love between you and those with whom you are at odds just now because Allah has sent the revelation that is powerful enough to make this happen if you could deliver it as it ought to be delivered and they receive it as they ought to receive it, for Allah is full of grace and full of mercy for mankind.
[8] Therefore Allah does not stop you from behaving compassionately and equitably with those from among your enemies who do not make wars against you due to your following of constitution of Allah nor have they taken active part in driving you out of your homes. The fact is, Allah supports those who behave compassionately and equitable towards others because they seek to harm none if anything they work for benefit of all.
[9] It is because opposer of rule of law of Allah inflict harms on others therefore Allah forbids you to make friendship with those who fight you because you follow His constitution and therefore they drive you out of your homes and back up others in your expulsion. So those who therefore will take them for friends are indeed the ones who do what is harmful for this mission based community.
[10] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, when there come to you any parties or families or communities which claim to be committed to working for peace seeking to join you, ensure that they are not here for ulterior motives to harm you. Allah knows their commitment to peace and in time will make it evident to you through their actions whether it is true or false but if you find them reasonably committed to peace then do not refuse them your friendship sending them back to join those who oppose Our mission. They are no longer compatible with them nor are they any longer compatible with them. Since these parties have decided to leave their former communities to join you they may have some contractual obligations with them therefore return to their former communities what they have given them. There is no blame on you in that case if any of you parties enter in contract with them provided you give them their dues as is appropriate. Do not hold on to your contracts by force with parties from among you who wish to go and join those who oppose Our mission and have enmity towards you and would inflict damage on you on behalf of your opponents, so if they wish to be free to join the opposers of our guidance you too are free to demand what you have spent on them and make the opposers do the same. This is the decision of Allah which He has decreed for you and Allah is All Knowing and All Wise.
[11] If you do not get back the demanded amount from your parties that go and join the opposers of Our guidance then if you have any reserve give from that to those who have made a loss due to going away of the parties with whom they had contracts according to what they lost. Thus be consistent with constitution of Allah for the good of others according to which you claim to be committed to working for peace.
[12] O Prophet, when there come to you communities to join you claiming to be committed to working for peace, take the oath of allegiance of them for the loyalty to the rule of law of Allah and make it clear to them that they should not serve any rule of law against the rule of law of Allah, that they should not let anyone take away the rights of others, that they should not adulterate the rule of law of Allah, that they should not destroy their future generations by depriving them of proper upbringing, that they should not give rise to or support any propaganda or scandals covertly or overtly against Islam and Muslims, that they should not ignore your demand in any just matter, and if they accept all these terms then accept their allegiance and seek from revelation of Allah way for their prosperity with dignity. Surely Allah is full of grace and full of mercy for all His creatures.
[13] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, do not befriend those of the people who have incurred the wrath clearly declared by Allah through their infliction of harm on each other. Indeed they are despaired of hope in the good end result for mankind just as the opposers of Our mission are despaired of hope regarding those buried in the graves that they will ever be brought back to life.
Surah 61 AS-SAFF – The organised solid community
In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
[1] All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth strives to manifest sovereignty of Allah because He is the only powerful Ruler of the kingdom of the universe.
[2] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, why do you just pay lip service to your this claim of commitment and do not back it up with your works?
[3] It is a gross act of betrayal with goal of Allah that you declare your commitment to it yet do no hard work needed to back it up to accomplish the set goal.
[4] Allah is loyal indeed to those who sincerely strive in His way by organising themselves into a solid community like a rock solid wall that cannot be penetrated or scaled.
[5] Remember what Moses said to his people, O my people, why do you fight with me when you know that I am a messenger from Allah to you and only do what benefits you as a community? But despite all that Moses did for them when they became his enemies, Allah left them to their own mindset and attitude to behave as they liked and face consequences because Allah does not guide those who transgress heavenly set limits for human decency.
[6] And remember also when Jesus the son of Mary said, O children of Israel, I am a messenger from Allah to you, confirming the Torah which came before me and giving you the good news of a messenger that will come after me whose name will be Ahmed. Now that he has come to these people with clear objectives they say, This is clearly a secret plot against us.
[7] But who could be more harmful than the one who invent falsehood against Allah while he is being invited to work for peace? Surely Allah does not impose His advice on those who do harm to each other.
[8] They seek to extinguish the light of Allah’s knowledge by way of their make beliefs but Allah will keep on increasing the light of His knowledge till it is complete and the world is fully enlightened even though opposers of peace may dislike it due to ignorance or arrogance.
[9] He it is Who has sent His messenger with the guidance and the divine constitution that is right for mankind so that he makes it obvious to all the people belonging to all other ways of life even if polytheists may dislike it due to ignorance or arrogance.
[10] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, should I tell you a way for going about your daily business that will save you from ending up in painful suffering and destruction?
[11] It is committing to working for peace for establishing kingdom of Allah by supporting His messenger and striving your utmost for the goal of Allah with your wealth and your persons. That is good for you if you could realise it.
[12] He will thereby free you of your difficulties or problems and land you in a better world wherein things you need and desire will flow like rivers, that is how he will lodge you in beautiful mansions like in the gardens of Eden, which will be a great achievement.
[13] And yet another thing which you would love to have, the support of Allah whereby soon will open up for you the way to the world. So O prophet, give this good news to those who are committed to working for peace.
[14] and tell them, O you who claim to be committed to working for peace, be the supporters of Allah's mission by deed just as Jesus the son of Mary told his disciples by asking them, who will be my supporter in the cause of Allah? And the disciples responded, we are supporters of Allah's mission but the fact is, one group of the children of Israel committed itself to peace while the other committed itself to warmongering, so We aided with Our revelation those who committed themselves to peace rather than their enemies and that is how they became obvious as a dominant nation.
Surah 62 AL-JUMU’AH- The Gathering for collective action
In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the merciful
[1] Strives all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth to manifest the sovereignty of Allah, the sole Sovereign, the Mighty Ruler of the universe.
[2] It is He Who has raised among the people of this main city a messenger from among themselves who declares to them His terms for peace to free them from the harms they inflict on each other by teaching them the divine constitution as the rule of law because before this they were in self evident error,
[3] not only for them but also for all others who have not yet joined them, for He is the Mighty Ruler of the universe.
[4] The divine guidance is the gift of Allah for the good of mankind, which He bestows upon whoever wants and deserves it, for Allah is granter of great gifts.
[5] The example of those who were charged with divine mission by way of the Torah but they failed to carry it out is that of a donkey who is carrying books knowing not what is in them. So condemnable is the example of people who deny to themselves and others the benefits of Allah terms for peace for mankind therefore Allah guides not those who inflict harm on each other.
[6] Say, O you who claim to be Jewish, since you claim that you are the only people who support proper mission of Allah properly to the exclusion of all others then prove yourselves true by ending your make beliefs.
[7] You will see that they will not give up their make beliefs for as long as they can hold on to them because they are result of their own hard work against the divine constitution and that is how Allah exposes those who transgress against His given road map.
[8] Say, the end of your make beliefs which you are trying to avoid will certainly come in your view after you are made to face the future as oppose to present, that is how result of what you did will be made obvious for you.
[9] O you who claim to be committed to working for peace when a call is raised in case of an emergency with reference to a collective response, hasten to it for Allah sake and stop any other activity you may be involved in. That is the only right thing to do for you at the time if you could realise it.
[10] However when the emergency has been dealt with thereafter you are free to disperse through the land and seek of the provision of Allah as before and keep working hard according to advice of Allah so that you could prosper.
[11] Despite being explained all this still when they see some useless business deal or some useless sport they rush to it and leave you standing on your own. Say, what Allah has advised from Himself is far better than any useless sport and useless business deal, for Allah is unique of the providers.
