IK did not do it---. His military officer did it who was incharge of that transaction.

The military officer himself is now known to have bought watches for himself and his wife fopr 50% of the value.

IK team ask the judge to bring the Brigadier Cheema who is General Cheema now to the witness stand.

That happened a couple of days ago---. The judge and state attorney are in a sh-it can right now---what to do---.

The judge has already dismissed the list of witnesses as unnecessary. The judge is so biased, it looks like he's taking dictation right from GHQ.

As a general was asked to stand witness, the list was dismissed. The army officer is above law in Pakistan.

The judge is an army agent. When army kidnapped Imran from Islamabad High court and took him to prison, this same judge was sitting in the jail waiting to lay a charge sheet on Imran. This proves judge Dilawar army's pimp.

The whole structure needs to overhauled. The military secretary is a very important position under rules of business. This has been intentionally done to keep the establishment informed of PM activities.

Lt Gen Amir, whom Zardari wanted to be chief, did money laundering from Zardari when he was military secretary. He was even named in NAB investigation. As Pakistan has very strict accountability, he was later promoted to Maj Gen and now is Lt Gen.

Just heard Salman Akram Raja on Malick's show today.

He says that the judge first agrees that the witnesses can be called in, since they are the ones who filled the tax forms and everything.

But after a small break he does a u turn and says they won't be allowed to be presented since it has no bearing on the case, even though the whole case is that Imran Khan didn't declare the items in his tax returns.

Jo bhi major sahab yeh case chala rahay hain, kuch zyada hi script main masala laga gaye hain.

As far as I have read, the judge has admitted that it is his FB profile, and the posts are real as well, but that he didn't post them and his account got hacked.

And jo FIA ki report aap quote kar rahay ho, the FIA simply said that when we saw the Facebook profile no posts were present.

So basically, the judge deleted the posts and then FIA says all good? At least ask Facebook for the profile data.

See---everyone known to govt---knows the protocol that official go thru a certain process to buy the gifts---. No ifs and buts about it---. The prime minister or the president does not go to the Tosha Khana and buy merchandise---.

His designated officer completes the process---. If the opposition did not bring it out in the early stages---it is their problem---.

The defendant can ask for anyone serving under him who was involved at anytime---.

And that someone was Farah Gogi, being the front-person of Imran and Bushra.

All these things will come out in the open pretty soon.

IHC stops Sessions Court for a few hours to complete its proceedings in the Toshakhana case v IK.

This trial is more of a sham than the Nawaz Sharif trial.

The trial is being continue from last seven months, there were only two witnesses, this case should have been wrapped up in just 10-12 days.

I sharif's case there was a monitoring judge from SC, whose job was to ensure speedy trial, same judge was listening appeals against trial court.

Kise andhay ko b nazar araha hay FIA, ECP, IHC and Trial court kistarhaan eek banday ko disqualify karanay pe lagay hain … na sir na per hey case ka agar dar nahi tu IHC kyo dbaa kar bheti hey 8 petitions IK lawyer ki? faesla kyo nahi karahi takay trial court jaldi jaldi aona faesla daydat? Bewakoof samjha hay awaam ko such a bogus bs cases..

Khawaja Haris is going to SC and IHC for every thing, there are eight appeals pending in IHC, some of them were decided earlier, IK went for intra-appeal against them too. They have changed the judge twice, changed the lawyers too now he want to change the judge again. These are clearly delaying tactics, now they have started to spread photo-shopped pictures of the judge.

Still the malafide intent from CJ Aamir Farooq of Isb HC can be seen as again the case can be heard by the prejudiced Humayun Dilawar, actually he has been bought in and is a stooge of Estab.

And the relief is given to make it look more legit with questions arising about the partisan conduct of Trial court judge, though the case is still illegal and have no standing.

And to delay elections as well after the new setup.
