Brahmos perform low skimming with greater speed >>>mach 3, can carry more warheads than Chinese anti-ship missiles. Brahmos travel much faster in its terminal stage. And with accuracy of "1m CEP".
Sea skimming is upto terminal phase after that Brahmos does split-S manuever attack which makes it even more lethal....

The Chinese naval aviation is only around 10 years old
Look 5#, Russian Brahmos(PJ-10) is not as good as YJ-18. You can Google 055 and know how many YJ-15 a 13000 ton warship can carry, and I don't think India's junk radar will give Brahmos a chance to launch. As for the Indian Navy, their quality is world-famous. For example, the submarine forgot to close the cabin door, the destroyer had two fires in four months, and so on. Don't use time to measure the quality of the army. We know, the learning ability of Homo sapiens, a subspecies of intelligence 76, is limited.

Arihant is based on double hull design with a sealed nuclear reactor section. Except for the latest French nuclear submarines that have a hatch above the reactor for quicker refuelling, no other country with nuclear submarines have such a system. Although the Arihant’s core is not designed to operate for the submarine’s lifetime and will need refuelling, it does not have a hatch. To refuel, the hull will have to be cut open and welded back

India's large navy of 160 ships clocks around 12,000 ship-days at sea every year, in varied waters and weather, some incidents are inevitable. Accidents in the Indian navy have been attributed to ageing ships in need of maintenance, delayed acquisitions by the Ministry of Defence.
The ships of the Rajput class will be replaced in the near future by the next-generation Visakhapatnam-class destroyers (Project 15B) which will feature a number of improvements. 11 additional INS Nilgiri and Talwar class frigates are on order which will bolster the firepower of Indian Navy.
