TLP threatens to paralyse country if Aasia Bibi is acquitted

The above para actually makes alot of sense. If blasphemy was indeed punishable by death why didn't the prophet kill everyone that hurt him after fateh Mecca?
Because according to the Quran it is not = According to the Quran there are few stages/ instances/ circumstances or choices...

EVEN the worst of believers are dealt this way:
SAHIH INTERNATIONAL
Indeed, those who have believed then disbelieved, then believed, then disbelieved, and then increased in disbelief - never will Allah forgive them, nor will He guide them to a way. (4:137)
You see disbelieve = dropping out of Islam/ denying the truth/ disbelieving is far worse than blasphemy...coz blasphemy can be accidental while disbelieve after believing is voluntary that is after knowledge has come to you (Hence the choice of this ayat for this subject as to how ALLAH deals with those who do disbelief/ reject AFTER believing)

Now if ALLAH wanted you to be killed through capital punishment you wont have the chance to disbelieve and believe and disbelieve multiple times! You lose your head in the 1st disbelieve but Quran clearly shows you are ALLOWED to do this cycle multiple times.....However, ALLAH will judge you ESP when you increase in disbelief AFTER THESE multiple cycles- as HE will judge everyone...

So until and unless these Mullah's think they are advocating for ALLAH (which ALLAH needs no help nor partners to advocate on HIS behalf) these Mullah's are doing shirk! Because even Allah and the Prophet dont punish the disbelievers who can be doing shirk/ blasphemy or whatever form of other disbelief!

Other ways explained in the Quran:

You can expel the people (worst stage) = ONLY possible if you have a khalifah and Islamic law not partial British mixed backwards monkey/ jungle law!
You can forgive the people = like the Prophet hence a Sunnah and should be followed
You can ignore it thus leave it to ALLAH = to you your religion and to me mine

According to SOME people the Sahaba's did so....But the same retarded people forget the context and ALSO forget that the QURAN is above the Shaba's ....Sahaba's did so in some context/ environment, which those who claim to follow this have not bothered to do any research because Sahaba's were well versed in the Quran and Sunnah they wouldnt go against it so they must have done based on circumstances WHICH as usual no one pays attention to!

Interesting enough even WEST seems to have "examined and concludes" that such laws are not ISLAMIC:
The Koran repeatedly mentions freedom of conscience as one of its basic tenets. “There is no compulsion in religion (2:256),” and “Let him who will believe and let him who will disbelieve (18:29).” Belief is mentioned as a matter of personal choice. The next part of the latter verse makes it clear that God - not man - is the sole judge of faith (or the lack thereof) and will reward or punish as He wills in the Hereafter.

This rule applied to Prophet Muhammad equally. His job was solely the delivery of the message, not its imposition by force. God says in the Koran: “So if they submit, then indeed they follow the right way; and if they turn back, then upon you is only the delivery of the message...(3:20).” And: “Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and be cautious. But if you turn back then know that the duty of Our Messenger is only a clear deliverance of the message (5:92).” This theme is repeated throughout the Koran. Man is given free choice to accept the message of Islam, refuse it, or turn back on it. God reserves the right to impart judgment for these choices in the afterlife.

It is note-worthy that though the Koran does not speak of apostasy laws, it does speak of apostasy more than a dozen times. At none of these places, however, does it prescribe any human punishment for abandoning faith. “Lo! Those who believe, then disbelieve and then (again) believe, then disbelieve, and then increase in disbelief, Allah will never pardon them, nor will He guide them unto a way (4:137).” This verse reiterates that man is free to believe or disbelieve and to do so as many times as he wills. God will be the sole judge of such acts of apostasy.

Long story short, blasphemy and such "harsh" laws are "borrowed" from old scriptures ....BORROWED by mullah's who literally failed to understand basic concept of Islam which is peace not blood thirst!

1. I don't supporting this jumping up and down like jungli and using gustakhi issue to score political points. The woman should have a fair hearing and the decision respected.

2. What is the chance of the woman having a fair hearing? When TLP are threatening murder is the chance of a hearing fair?

.
Malik Riaz might be a crook but he builds houses and does not run around in the streets like a 7th century monkey with a big beard and no contribution to society.

These people are full of hatred and good for nothing. Must be purged.

So Malik Riaz with the help of corrupt officials in Sindh govt, MDA and hired police thugs such as Rao Anwar demolishes entire villages and poor people suffer just so Malik Riaz makes maximum profit - and that’s fine with you? Have you even thought of what happens to those families who have been forcefully evicted?

I’v been to TLP sit - ins and marches and I have yet to see violence. I’v sat through the night with them where they read Naat sharifs and the worst they do is shout out slogans against those committed and supported those who were wrong. And they were normal people mainly working class. It was the police who were the aggressors because they were also hired tattu’s. It wasn’t the protestors who fired tear gas into the crowd. Nawaz Govt was wrong in changing the oath and someone had to challenge it.

.
3. If the hearing cannot be fair because of pressure from a fringe group of crazy mullahs, is it fair when international governments and non government organisations are passing opinion on it calling it unfair? When Liberal media is passing judgement on it calling it biased?

4. Where are the protests on PDF when liberals and international governments and media are using thier power to influence the result?

Thousands of supporters of the Islamist political party Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) rallied in Lahore and other cities last Friday after the Supreme Court of Pakistan heard the final appeal of Asia Bibi, a Christian woman convicted of blasphemy in 2010:

Asia Bibi from Pakistan may become the first person to ever be executed under the blasphemy law, in a country where mobs have killed many over mere allegations of insulting Islam.

The TLP warned members of the Supreme Court against annulling Bibi's death sentence, and threatened to launch protests to shut down cities across the country in protest if she is not executed.

As I reported last week, blasphemy accusations against Christians and other religious minorities are commonplace in Pakistan, and cases of lynchings of Christians have occurred amidst terror attacks targeting Christian churches and institutions.

Bibi's appeal was heard last Monday, and the three-member panel of Supreme Court members reserved their verdict and asked the media not to comment on the case.

The TLP, which won two million votes in the elections last July and makes enforcing blasphemy laws one of their chief political issues, warned of "terrible consequences" the day after her appeal was heard.

They then threatened any judges who would be involved in acquitting Asia Bibi:

The Tehrik-e-Labbaik has said that any judge or judges who decide to release Aasia Bibi will be deal with

For the protests on Friday, the TLP directed their local affiliates to launch sit-ins around the country within hours of any possible acquittal to shut the country down:

One Islamic cleric closely associated with the TLP, Pir Afzal Qadri of the Aalmi Tanzeem Ahle Sunnat, issued a fatwa that any judge acquitting Asia Bibi should be punished by death:

Qadri issued a death fatwa in 1997 that resulted in the murder of retired Lahore High Court judge Arif Iqbal Bhatti, who was murdered while in his law office. Bhatti had previously been involved in the release of two Christian suspects who were accused of blasphemy in 1995.

Since then, challenging Pakistan's blasphemy laws has proved a dangerous business.

In January 2011, Punjab Governor Salman Taseer was murdered by his own bodyguard, Mumtaz Qadri, for calling for changes to blasphemy laws.

Qadri was executed in February 2016, but his example was the inspiration for the murder of an Ahmadi follower, Asad Shah, in Glasgow, Scotland, later that year by a killer who believed he had blasphemed Islam.

The Sunni Ittehad Council, which Pir Afzal Qadri is a senior member of, opposed Qadri's execution for Taseer's murder. The group had previously received $36,607 from Washington in 2009 under the U.S. State Department’s Public Diplomacy Programs for Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Also in March 2011, Minister for Minority Affairs Shahbaz Bhatti, the only Christian member of Pakistan's cabinet, was shot and killed. His assassination was claimed by the Tehrik-i-Taliban, who said that they targeted Bhatti because of his opposition to the blasphemy law and threatened to kill anyone else who raised such challenges.

If Asia Bibi's blasphemy conviction is upheld, her only remaining appeal will be to Pakistan President Imran Khan, who expressed his support for the blasphemy laws during this past summer's presidential campaign.

During week's appeal hearing, the Supreme Court panel heard that the cleric who filed the charges against Bibi in 2009 wasn't present when the incident allegedly occurred and that the statements of the two women who argued with Bibi were contradictory.

The case continues to garner international attention:

Meanwhile, calls for Bibi's execution continue to circulate on social media.

Asia should be executed as per law. But if Christians or Americans wants to make a deal, Pakistan should set her free on two conditions.
1• Christians release Afia Siddiqui
2• Asia should be deported from Pakistan after release.#AsiaBibi #HangAsia#HangAsiaBibi @JaySekulow

Should an innocent #Christian mother of five be sentenced to death for her faith? Of course not. #AsiaBibi is in jail in #Pakistan, having committed no crime. Her #Christian faith should not be a death sentence. Sign to demand her release. https://aclj.us/2IFu2oM
