I don't buy it. Maulvi could have gotten a guy to kill him more easily. It was something personal between these girls and the guy.

This is exactily what happens when there is no law in society police prosecution other dept doesnt do their job. These girls have been waiting and waiting mean while law doesnt get up from its dead sleep.
