Larger drone fly higher , carry longer range weapons and have better targeting system so they can engage it outside the range of pantsir.
the problem with pantsir as shown in syria is its more than 90% failure in destroying , glyde bombs and cruise missiles. there is a flaw with pantsir that must be answered or it will be nothing but targets for anybody who care , honnestly I wonder why turkey care about it , isn't there more intresting target out there ?

Pantsir is LNA's main air coverage, destroying them makes a great impact to enemies psychology, it breaks their will...

Larger drones are bigger RCS. Might not have the success as smaller TB2.

Pantsirs can only cover low altitudes and only work as a short range SAM without proper radar network, mr.defence analyst... This is why they can even be haunted by tactical UAVs.

destruction of pantsir is benefiting russia more as it is creating insecurity among arab countries and egypt who have ordered su35 from russia so I think all this is trap by major powers to boost their economy during pandemic so their weapon manufacturing create new jobs,I am not be surprised if russia was also involved in failure of pantsir

it supposed to engage target up to 18km away at the altitude up to 15km

it does not make sense on the paper pantsir specifications are excellent compared to short range air defences unless they exaggerated those, atleast the radar range.

There are many theories.
1-) Turkey using EW to make the AD system blind.
2-) Because lack of the network centric AD system, a single Pantsir system becoming easy target for a drone.

IMO, both theories can't clearly explain the situation here. I'm not going into some other theories like "They don't know how to operate a Pantsir, etc..." Because we know that they downed a few TB-2 Drones, both in Syria and Libya.
