Establishment consists of military, bureaucracy and judicial branches. As long as there is no strict accountability of corruption and overseas assets. No part of establishment can function independently. Dollar will reign supreme because it takes few millions to buy pawns and only deterrent to such lucrative offers is surveillance, prosecution and long prison terms. No NRO, no plea bargain, no medical flight out. That’s how establishments operates in US.
