its 63 % percent actually as per the report i posted but that data was from 2008 ( for India ) and for Pakistan it was from 2010. so may be 10% improvement in 5 odd years is possible.

Then you should be honest about what the data is saying even if there is no proper sewers the world bank will hold that against a country it has nothing to do with toilets because even if there are toilets if there is no safe sewage system in place it will not be counted in the report.
