Well, may be the guys were just curious about the (pretty nice) piece of machinery , which reaper is even though I guess they could have seen it closer beforehand (probably one landed in Crimea last year )

Technically both parties (American, Russian) are against each other, killing each other's proxies. But one thing is assured for them that none of their citizen will be killed. The ones killed will be only "Muslims". Thats the irony
