Rallying behind a misguided tin-pot definition of Islam, terrorist outfits spread like wild fire after 2005 with the facilitation of enemy agencies to all corners of the country in a bid to weaken Pakistan and destabilize it for geo-political gains. TTP had its days of widespread violence, barbarically slaughtering everyone and anyone who did not conform to its definition of a Muslim and those who opposed its inhumane misguided regime. The obscurantists thrived until the state took a decidedly hardline stance towards these parasites, thwarting all attempts at peace talks with the dissidents and initiating synchronized military operations for their eradication.

The terrorists had not apprehended the intensity of military wrath and might under the top brass that was adamant on a total wipe out of the TTP menace. The purge that started in 2014 saw the successful killing of more than 2,800 militant and elimination of 321 hideouts. The evolved comprehensive military strategy gave birth to Operation Zarb-e-Azab, Operation Radd-ul-Fassad and many others that targeted the pest infected areas and sent the terrorists running for their lives. However, these successes came at the cost of the sons of the soil. Many security officers and military personnel laid their lives down to protect the motherland.

Since the onset of the TTP disease, the main focus of its corrupt leadership was to malign, hurt and target the security forces and army. The objective was clear, to reduce the number of armed personnel through a synchronized pushback in vulnerable areas near the border to allow miscreants to pass through easily and setup their houses of disaster. Underestimating the strength of Pak Army’s lion hearts was a collective mistake of both TTP and the enemies it colluded with.

Pak Army, an institution that brings together men regardless of petty differences such as region, caste, language or religion and unites them for only the cause of God and country, became the TTP’s worst nightmare. No enemy can flourish at a homeland where both soldier and officer are willing to lay their lives down and are ready to defend the border disregarding false sense of status quo or religious superiority. Eventually TTP met its timely demise as it was facing a mighty opponent that could not be divided no matter how hard the enemy tried to instigate it. Thanks to the brave hearted men of Pakistan Army, who preyed, fought and fell and successfully wiped out the menace of TTP, bringing peace and normalcy to Pakistan once again.

they are well organized in afghanistan and this is a concern
as long as they remian organized in afghanistan you cant say they are finished
the afghan TTP leadership has to be taken out, see waht turkey did..
thus, you stills ee attacks on pakistani soil

Bhaiyon aside from Raymond Davis' confiscated phone revealing contacts with TTP, what other forms of prominent evidence has arisen in material sense of their links to foreign agencies?
