No re-trial. An appeal by the accused, will be considered for proceeding whereby current alleged video along with allegations and the Judge's affidavit will be annexed. Parties will re-argue the matter on the bases of these points. Maryam did try an attempt to malign Judicial process but that does not mean verdict was unjust. What is in the file will decide the merit of judgment.

If you want to understand this; then refer to the case of Benazir Bhutto, where she reported a taped telephonic conversation between Shahbaz Sharif and LHC Justice Abdul Qayyum, whereby SS is asking the judge to give strong decision against BB, in one case of graft. What were the consequences? 1) Justice Abdul Qayyum resigned to avoid judicial proceedings against him. 2) The case was remanded for retrial. 3) Thousands of cases, handled by Justice Qayyum, during his service, were not called into question, consequent to his this misconduct.
