Below is my step by step process of getting Pakistan out of this quagmire of poor governance, law and order and corruption through the use of the Head of the Army whoever that may be at the time when this is implemented.

Step 1

Make contact with all SCO nations and make them aware that there will be Martial Law introduced in Pakistan due to unacceptable conditions in the country and its future consequences. Give them reassurance and a detailed outline of the steps below. Maintain trade links and promise no hostility towards SCO nations.

Threaten NATO nations of severe atomic consequences of any attack on Pakistan soil during this process. Temporarily cut off all diplomatic and trade relations for duration of the process.

Step 2

Declare Martial Law

Step 3

Announce date for general elections to be held exactly 18 months after Martial Law is declared.

Step 4

Remove all members from parliment and investigate on charges on corruption.

Step 5

Provide military level protection to judiciary, giving unanimous support towards their decisions in court. Try all terrorists and parliment members accused of corruption and deal with according to the law.

Step 6

4 cabinets to be formed.

The positions in these cabinets open to the general public to apply in the form of job vacancies.

The Head of Army conducts interviews of candidates who have applied for the posts. These would naturally be leaders in their field of specialisation, eg. science, commerce etc...

Step 7

Televise everything!

The interviews, the court room cases, everything. Guage public opinion through polls about the candidates which will do a number of important things such as:

- the Masses will feel involved and will not riot as a result.
- Reassures them the process in completely transparent and void of any bias.
-Reassure the rest of the world that the process is transparent and void of any bias.

Step 8

These 4 cabinets become the parliment and start proving their credentials to the masses to win the upcoming elections.

The winner of the elections governs the country.

Strict transparency rules are applied to the parliment and anyone wishing to enter in future.

That is my solution to Pakistans problems in 8 steps and in 18 months exactly. Its simple, innovative and it works. Best of all it is a democratic solution which involves the people at all levels.

when u cut the diplomatic relation with other nation how will u do the trade with them and keep urself floating...

Believe me ur no Iran.. and if u threaten the world with atomic consequences even it will be hard for SCO (which is not a millitary organisation) to stand by u... only china can favor u... but u know their trade is dependent on Western country.. why they will take undue risk for u ?

The cut off of diplomatic relations is to ensure there is no dilution of the process by their sphere of influence. This will last for 18 when civilian governance is restored and then the whole world is welcome in Pakistan.

Attaturk took the military revolutionary coup model developed in Spain and the Spanish community of "nations", and, as near as I can tell, was the most progressive and successful example of a generalismo. Peace be upon him. As far as generalismos go, he was a Robin Hood and a Cromwell. The state he founded has worked.
His Nasserite and Baathist imitators are gone, or in severe trouble, but the model worked, until Mubarek sold out (I think Sadat would at least have tried to continue to pressure Isreal) etc. Iraq had the highest GDP in the Arab world, and Libya had the highest GDP in Africa, before the Global kleptocracy declared war on them.

So far, so good, but, again, your second point terrifies me!
But, looking at the world as Sun Tzu did, I have to admit, nuclear terror seems to work. Much as I hate to admit it, MAD (Mutual Assured Destruction) seems to have scared the US , the CCCP, and the PRC into keeping their hostilities to the 1984 style Cold War of perpetual peripheral combat. (although I am open to the theory that Allah miraculously intervened. The fact the human race still exists almost 70 years after Hiroshima is the best argument I know of for a greater than human benevolent power)
More to the point, Isreal has been holding the world at nuke point for decades, and nobody screws with North Korea, whereas we really pressure Iran, which really does not want to be pushed into the arms race, as near as I can tell.
As near as I can read the psychology of the desperate keptocratic gangsters who run the War Machine, if their first response to an Islamic revolt in East Libya was to shred the Constitution and bomb Ghaddify, their resonse to step 1, a DEMOCRATICALLY INSPIRED military coup, not to mention step two, would be to shred the UN Charter and LAUNCH A PREMPTIVE NUCLEAR STRIKE!!!!
After all, Fukishima "has demonstrated the safety of nuclear energy."

Martial is required for these reasons:

To protect judiciary who can then be free to make key decisions on cases in Pakistan.

To reduce corruption through dissolving the parliment which at this moment is rife with corruption and is unable to govern, that is clear for all to see.

To protect all inhabitants of the state

So your arguement does not stand, the past does not equal the future. Martial Law is an absolute neccessity for Pakistan to control its law and order, corruption issues.

U are a Businessman than u surely understand the Business and its implications...

1. How will u nullify the trade embargo.. Do u know how many people died in iraq and N.Korea because of trade embargo ?? pls do some checks regarding that.

2. threatening Western world with nukes... U will have the same faith as Libya and syria....u are no Iran which has got money... China won't help u

I understand ur pain... In india we have the same problem of corruption.... U are acting emotionally rather than practically...

Think about some pragmatic way to deal with corruption... U have the power of technology bring awareness among the masses against the Corruption which is the root cause... For instance take the example of Anna Haraze movement in India which has got wide acceptance.. or u can see the arab uprising...

Threatening the world is no solution... and one basis mistake with ur solution is that ur army is not corrupt... I think u can have some discussion with senior people in the forum.. u are behaving emotionally be practical dear
