The scenario of next india-pakistan war :

So do the other world powers support india. US doesnot want another Bi polar world. So we need not worry about what and how many munitions china will give pakistan... What we need to worry about is to expand our economy at the rate at which china is expanding to increase our defence spending. I know we are stuck on all sides. Pakistan to the Northwest , China to the north east, sri lanka [ i heard u talk about a chinese base there] and but ofcourse Bangladesh in the east. Yeah you betcha!!! we need to arm ourselves to the teeth. But first we need to fight this war economically.

Pointers:
1) The world atleast in the manufacturing industry [ thats where i come from] knows about the standards the chinese set for their products.... hehehhe trust me its extremely low... They dont have a standard as such.

2) They beleive in mass production , cheap price [ comes with a compromised quality assurance]

3) The US bonds that they have are being bought back anyways [ Duh not sure on that.... its more of global finance] but i do know that the chinese have bought a lot of US bonds. hmmm

This in this sub-c continent is way to complicated than it looks and as mentioned in your quote, lots of other countries are involved in the issue and are playing their card's, Both India and Pakistan know's war will take them no where other any backward. Bcoz some countries are using India and paksitan till some extent to run their Propaganda and to make the world feel their presence and to gain attention.

So basically its better to concentrate on economic growth as it will make both countries prosper and tension can be reduced. Its better to get reid of these Terrorist who are most of the time responsible for the tension.

A full scale war might not happen in the near future but the proxies will continue .
If you look at the history both first world war and the second world wars were provoked by some devastating economic reasons also.
Like the WALL St crashed in 1929 and the second world war began in 1939 due to the german attack on poland.
Today the economic conditions of europe and US are not that good also. And both are also engaged in devastating wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Russia is also increasing its influence along with China. The west is compleetely defeated in the Korean peninsula. They are also fighting hard diplomatically in south american states and Africa .
If the US and its Allies lost diplomatically in South America and Africa which is quit evident then we might see another war which will might start by US attacking those countries in which its competetators have alot of intersts . Like for eg China has interest in SUDAN, YEMEN, PAKISTAN,NorthKorea etc .US has interests in SaudiaArabia,Israel,Japan,SouthKorea,Taiwan,India,Pakistan etc and the Russians engeaged in SYRIA,CUBA,Venizuella,IRAN,India etc.
If the current economic conditions continue to worsen then the Next World War might start By an attack on any of these nations by the Big Parties.

But lets hope the world recovers from the Global Economic Recession and the threat of war is evaded.

I was in China for 2yrs, to setup a factory, with lots of CNC machines. And my job is setting up manufacturing units. That's what I do for a living. I think you are wrong when you say that "they don't have standard as such". I am not here to say much but sure, you must open ur eyes.And come out of ur prejudice.
