What's new

The Mosul operation

.
In a press conference for Iraqi PM Abadi. "Turkish delegation asked us to admit requesting asking for ground troops before pulling out of Bashiqa". Another important point. Abadi stated that Saudi Arabia and Turkey didn't help with a single bullet when we needed most. There was a request for ammunition and weapons as well as training iraqi police in Turkey, none of which Turkey helped with. There's no need for their help now.

It seems the Turks want to save their faces anyway possible. They also said that the joined in airstrikes in the mosul Op. Coailition denied, airstrikes were actully against kurds in syria.

The Turkish forces are not moving from their base, the only way to head towards Mosul is blocked by iraqi forces, which have received order to treat Turkish forces as an enemy in case they advance towards their positions.

Either way some Turks think their living in a jungle, that they could do whatever they want. There's international boundaries and laws. There is a balance of power and politics. Not everything goes your way and military power isn't everything. Turkey is connected to nato and waging war against Iraq means being booted and getting sanctioned. They must understand that and go back to where they came from.

Criminal court issued the arrest of atheel al nujaifi, surely erdogan will offer him a warm bed as he did with tareq al hashimi, that old useless animal will get free housing from Turkish tax payers

Criminal court issued the arrest of atheel al nujaifi
Based on what?

Daily Sabah's Yunus Paksoy interviews Athil al-Nujaifi, former Mosul governor and head of the Nineveh Guards in Iraq, Oct. 19, 2016.
People of Mosul trust Turkey most to provide security, bring order

I voluntarily do that about Gulen but I understand that you can't do the same, don't want to. Because, it is based on fabrication.

How do I argue that with someone who doesn't know the constitution of the relevant country in this case. It's like a computer engineer arguing about computers with a doctor. Waste of time

You try to back your fabrication with using Gulen example that has nothing to do with it. Worse, comparing al-Nujaifi with him. Are you sure you hold knowledge of your US implemented constitution?

You call it a fabrication whilst you don't know the constitution. It doesn't work that way, not that it matters on PDF

What has al-Nujaifi exactly done? Speak with proof then, instead childish claims like these:

Nujaifi works with a foreign force, obvious.

He was the former governor, his policies were always against the central government in favor of Muslim Brotherhood govs such as Turkey's. You're unaware of this because you don't follow Iraq's politics, that's not my fault. I'm not your teacher neither am I the lawyer that's going to present you the evidence in a simple readable way, you can do that yourself if you find it so interesting. Have fun searching for articles (in Arabic) that show Nujaifi's statements from years ago.

As for him bringing in IS, his policies were against the army as well given that he considers them a government and not a national force. That makes way for another force which turned out to be IS.

Either way Turkey could host him if you like him that much, doesn't matter much to me.

Looks like that despite all of the hysteria coming from the nutcase in Ankara,Turkey's participation in Mosul was denied on all fronts.Everyone is participating ,from Australia,Poland,to Kurds ,to shiite militias, everyone aside from the region's self proclaimed super power.Erdogan was once again humiliated on the world stage but i guess he got accustomed by now to the feeling, seeing that's allready an usual thing for Ankara's loud mouth,do nothing guy.

Time for Erdogan to go again infront of his nation, chest tump some bellicose rhetoric for the gullibles back home and than,do nothing again .he he he :haha:
