What's new

The Mauzin of my Masjid has passed away

إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ‎

- He was Muazin
- Called for prayer for 30 years
- Has 7 daughters (Masha'Allah) they will be his shield from the Hellfire on the Day of Resurrection.
  • He raised them provided them food, clothing, education and married them while he was alive
- He taught Quran

Above mentioned are good qualities, May Allah forgive his mistakes and give high place in jannat

True, his daughters and he raise them, educated them ( All of them were averagely Educated ) and now all of them are married, he fulfill his duty as a Father .. I am happy that he saw all of his daughters marriages before his departure .. Allah always picks the best for us, whatever he chooses he chooses the best indeed .

Such a short message but carries so much significance . Because of you so many people will Pray for him and ask Allah for his forgiveness . Thanks for posting.

I thought we all have mauzin but how much significance we give them in real life, we even go to Pray in Masjid but how many of people could say they know , meet and greet the mauzin ? People often talk about Imam, and Khateeb, but he was a teacher , father and Mauzin he calls people to pray for more than 30 years.. I hope Allah bless him with a amazing After life and ease his journey .

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayji rajioon. May Allah swt grant his shifaa and firdous to our Muslim brother.
I don't know if it holds significance to open a thread, but The Mauzin of the Masjid of my town has passed away, I know him because all my brothers including me we teach Quran from him, he used to teach us, sometimes with harsh punishments ( not to harsh ) but sometimes with smile and love, he has 7 daughters and all of them Mashallah married while he was alive, for 30 years he was calling the Azaan which I used to hear, and last night in Fajr i hear a different sound, I noticed it but thought he might be sick or something ..

When a Mauzin do something bad we post it, and discuss it I think that he was good person and often saw him smiling on my way out of town, often call me to Masjid for Namaz , its sad that now we wont hear his Azaan, but in the End To Allah we belong , and to him we shall all return ..

@waz can close the thread if mods wants too ..
