The Line Of Freedom: Official Trailer

@irfan Baluch

Weren't you in the FC?

I'm sure you'll love this.

Me and you are the audience but the characters, cast, producer, director etc.. must all be Pakistanis.

Yea right. They were all Arabs and Indians in the cast. Maybe one or two beghairat Pakistanis.

Let him have his movie, why he's interested in it is obvious, but he has the right to do so.

A Film by David Whitney

Cast:Antonio Khela, Mansoor Al Feeli, Fatima Al Taei, Tony Hasnath, Nitin Mirani, Ibrahim Renno Jr.

And surprise surprise:

Produced by Noordin Mengal, Bhawal Mengal, and David Whitley.

The sad part is nobody will watch this propaganda piece.

Anyone know about this:
Yep! The Line of Freedom is based on a true story (according to the producer). In 2011, an innocent student (Nasir Baloch) was abducted by pakistani security forces in Balochistan. After days of interrogation and torture, he was shot and dumped in the desert. But incredibly, he survived.

He was lucky enough to survive the first time but his killers made sure that he wouldn't survive again to expose them. This story also illustrates the pain and suffering of other Baloch political activists that have been killed under custody and those who are still in the 'illegal secret prisons of the Pakistani army'.

How true this story is left to the viewers to decide, especially those who've seen it all first hand on ground. Much of it could be exaggerated as movies usually do for dramatic effects to set the cash registers jingling!

You forgot Omar Bin Haider (another Arab).

Basically the entire cast is not Pakistani.

He was lucky enough to survive the first time but his killers made sure that he wouldn't survive again to expose them.

There has never been any proof of the military doing wrong especially not in comparison to what men in Afghanistan like former NDS Amrullah Saleh actually advocates (torture, limiting freedom of the press, etc...) and the Afghan government practices. Aside from assumptions no hard evidence has ever come forward implicating the army in these killings unlike the mass graves in Kashmir attributed to the Indian army.

This character apparently disappears then comes back only to disappear again but not before he has a chance to tell everyone his story which is later sold to some small time director to create a short movie.

Countries have been trying to demonize Pakistan and its army ever since the ouster of Musharraf because Pakistan simply refuses to uproot its civilians by the masses for their sake.

Pakistan's military has done a marvelous job under the conditions with decreasing military budget since the 70s and a current budget that does not meet the challenges country faces.

The military is simply acting on credible information that leads them to the very people that shoot civilians in shops because they happen to come from a different province and trying to prevent people from exercising their right to vote but when they are caught they ****** and moan about how they were mistreated and make up stories in an attempt to garner some kind of sympathy.

Does the movie also show the personal torture cells of Baloch Sardars and their never ending anti-education stunts?

In 2011, an innocent student was abducted by his country's security forces. After days of interrogation and torture, he was shot and dumped in the desert. But incredibly, he survived. This is his true story, and the story of thousands of his countrymen who have died in a secret and dirty war.
