Not really.. to be frank it is good but the MIG will be taken out by other warplanes..
So Kh-31A missile can't play a factor but if Egypt deploys it's fighter jets like Rafale and eurofighters it will be a great dog-fight.. Turkish warplanes are upgraded and advanced..
The Rafales, F16s and Eurofighters are a formidble force it will deter anyone on earth but perhaps may not be able to deter Turkey entirely due to their upgraded and advanced warplanes
