The Journalist who took the “Phateechar” video to social media

Today when asked about a comment on the PSL, Imran Khan made a statement calling the foreign players “Phateechar” and Iffat was the one who recorded the video that has now taken the internet by storm.
It has been reported that Iffat is facing threats for posting the video that has gone viral online.
Iffat Hasan Rizvi is a renowned Journalist. Throughout her School and University life she actively contributed in debate competitions, dramatic society and worked as students’ affairs activist.
Iffat Hasan began her career as a Lecturer of linguistics at Bahria College and worked there for five months. Afterwards she joined Geo Network as content writer and became part of the management team of religious affairs. She is working with Geo TV Network as Reporter and editor since 2012. Recently she has joined 92 News Channel and is working as a reporter. She has reported several important events from Supreme Court of Pakistan and other courts of Pakistan too.
Young and energetic Iffat is a versatile Personality and is proficient in video production, journalism, storytelling, broadcast, editing, creative writing, news writing and others. She also wrote an article on ‘Saviour in Melancholy…Thank you Pak Army!’ when she was rescued by Pak army during protests in Islamabad to extend her gratitude.
