Well, Things have changed, once upon a time a nation like India could not dream of having Luxury, After the Privatization and Globalization the Indian economy flourished and you see such developments happening. Every Major City or the Metropolitan cities are extending there peripherals and Brings more than 200-300km under its peripherals every 5 years. So by doing so every 5 years more than 20K Kms of Rural Areas are urbanized. The City planning commission is not an organization to sit there and drink there chai. By making this Circuit the billions of dollars come into our economy.
