Americans will be placing a new data link on the F-22 to lessen early versions reliance on voice coms. Listen to around 4:00. Seems that PAF's electronic warfare exposed a huge vulnerability in reliance on voice coms in air combat, last year. USAF was taking notes and is moving to reduce these vulnerabilities in its own fleet.

Americans are in a panic since they've heard that Chinese and Russians now have tech that detects F35/F22 lol. They're eager/desperate to see the system placed by the Chinese and Russians... recently, Chinese jammed carrier battlegroup and F18s communication in SCS ....

VLO class aircraft can be spotted under the right circumstances but this is incomplete argument. It is important to understand as to WHEN intrusion is noticed, WHEN target identification is possible, and WHAT is likely to happen during the course of engagement. The whole (SEE FIRST and SHOOT FIRST) game. Surface defenses are at a disadvantage in this game unfortunately; Syria have exposed much already.
As for the jamming part - largely unsubstantiated claim (discussed at length before):
