I don't smoke or drink. But I guess BMI also plays a role in the calculations

My BMI is less than 25......a lot less actually.

Life outlook is important, I think...I gave pessimistic....almost gave suicidal...
If I change country to Sweden...life expectancy increases to 51.

You should change the life style..cut on the smoking and alcohol gradually. Reduce the percentage to below 2.5% beer available and stop going to Systembolaget... pray to God and it will cure your pessimism. When I get sad, I pray extra...simple..the stress gone..
