Ahhh! to be 23 again, young, naive and full of enthusiasm . I had hair back then:(

I am losing hair right Now :(
 
Good for you, vegetarians are physically weak and inferior.



Meat is a must, down with vegetarians.

Lol, sometimes, it's good to put geopolitics aside & align to fvck the vegetarians. :D

dump your vegetables and eat meat.
I dumped meat a year ago .

I consumed Chicken 5 days a Week , Red Meat once every 3 month , Eggs 10 per week .

Used to do gym 1 hour in the evening and 30 min High intensity interval training in the morning .

May be you are not eating enough vegetables. :)

I am a Ferocious Fruits , Pulses , Soy , Milk , Cheese/Paneer lover .
But I am badly addicted to Taka Tak , Tede Meda , Yippi Noodles , Alloo Bujhia etc:(

Stop the junk food , eat healthy , drink plenty of water and get at least 8 hrs of rest . Going to the gym will not help you in the long run , they vigorous walks and jogging . it will tremendously help your well being.
 
Vegetarians must be force-fed meat in order to get rid of their ideology. Nobody can stop me from having meat and I love beef.
