There is a lot of talks by the Political Mafia to confine the constitution and its grip on politics and policy making of the parliament.

Not the right time to do so, Mian saanp is trying everything he can to get back in power be it by removing 62 63 which i strongly believe is not gonna happen.

it is this constitution (& Supreme Court attitude) which is saving the Political class from the Martial Law remove it & the barrier against the Martial Law will be removed

What will happen when the people themselves demand the military to take over
Say in 2023 when 15 years of democratic rule would have passed

Well the 62 63 articles are not even up for debate. A precedence has been set and thus they will continue.
But what i meant was actual loopholes in the constitution that hampers the democratic process.

Nobody needs Martial Law in the country nor demands it.
A strict implementation is thus needed but what about the constitutional loop holes which hamper democracy itself.

What will happen when the people themselves demand the military to take over
Say in 2023 when 15 years of democratic rule would have passed

In 2030 we would actually need constitutional reforms or even a new constitution when parts of India will be annexed as our Vassal state or extension states.
