I am sure you wold defend your home country if it was grossly misunderstood or unjustly attacked, but it doesn't mean you have to move back. It is OK to take pride of the progress of ones home country, even if he/she is still living in a foreign country for personal reason or by personal choice. in the West, let’s say Germany, the government pays for housing, foods, clothing and everything for the poor.

The only thing she has to do is looking for a part time job and sends her kids to school. The government is very serious with schooling. The police will arrest her if she refuses to send her kids to school.

Same here. If you are poor you get free housing, free electricity, free heat, free water, free phone, free cable, one free meal a day, and about $500 month in spending money. (People wonder why droves of people are jumping our borders)

However you have to play by the rules. If you are some drug dealer/addict/thief or a troublemaker they will boot your *** out into the street. So don’t feel sorry for some people you see because that was their stupid choice.

China is not as developed as America for sure, but the difference is not that much today as in the past.. And overseas returnees from the US will have far better treatment than graduates from universities at home. People who choose to stay in America for multiple reasons, but the trend is that more and more people return: the figure in 2017 is 8 in 10:

However, from my observation, people from some poor countries such as india would rather die in the USA than go back to their home countries...

Countries don’t have wide open borders but have limits on how many Chinese can stay and you are WAY passed the max. Notice the gap between the blue and purple bars doesn’t change much (except for 2013). That’s probably the max.

China is a very beautiful country although the government could be less intrusive and invasive of people's privacy and basic rights. Other than that I think China would be the ideal country for immigrants all over the world to move to and reside. Immigration would be good for China and I'm sure they will appreciate it.

China is not an immigrant country. China is for Chinese only. The percentage of foreigners living in China is non existent. Foreigner wanting to become chinese citizenship is more difficult than winning a Nobel prize.

No. If you mean the increasing number of Chinese students returning home is due to the limitation set by the USA, other than the reasons I have given, then, prove it, for example, show me the number of indian students who stay in America after graduation are also similar to that of Chinese, then there might be a limitation. There is nothing hypocritic about. One may be physically confined to his current location of residence, but he can still have a free mind to think and to speak. Many elite Chinese have gone back to China, and it's one of the reasons that there are so many world class companies in China, while people from SA can only boast about the numbers of CEOs working for foreign MNCs.

For Chinese students, when come back, similar income, similar lifestyle, work in top companies, closer to family, maybe a little bit more crowded, but not a big deal...

But for indian students, the difference is between the Heaven and Hell...

However, I am not going to laugh at indians, as back to the 1990s or even the early 2000s, no Chinese student want to come back either due to the same reason.
