Last time i checked its not Federal goverment job to take care of Sindh but PPP. After 18th amendement blaming federal goverment for these issues is pathetic. Hell PPP was in federal gov for 5 years and almost ruined whole Pakistan let alone Sindh.

Today they still have Sindh under control.

Funds are distribuited on equal basis, hell Punjab get less funds per capita then Sindh. But still not enough to fill pockets of buttos.
