Apparently, during the Cambodian civil war - the Thais built a road in that area. Before the road was constructed, it was impossible to travel through the terrain. They had to use elephants.

Now Thailand is claiming the territory in which it built the road along with the temple.

GOI should intervene diplomatically since they have good relations with India.

It is a heritage site. Nothing to do with religion, but history.

The issue is not the temple, it is purely military since the area is a GTI.

hinduism did not start with birth of krishna...vedic religion is even older than birth of krishna and rama...hinduism is a recently coined term.

That's true. And even Lord Rama was born before Krishna but this video does give an idea of how religions spread ans stuff clearly.

Plus it doesn't even talk about Chinese Taoism or Japanese religion although they were inspired by Buddhism but the video classes them as Buddhism.

And religions like Sikhism and Jainism are classed as Hinduism.
