Terrorist community on internet - How to report

There is this terrorist internet forum which is being operated by extremists. Most of the content on the forum is pure hate against all other muslim scholars and users. The community is in collebration with the famous terrorist website www.kr-hcy.com which is banned by almost all the ISP's in Pakistan but i dont know why this one is still operating >> Haq Char Yaar HCY


Surprisingly, it is an islamic forum but some users there (who spit nothing but hate) have isreali flags and sign of David in their Avatars and Profile pictures. Now that was NOT a surprise for me.

Just wondering if there is a way to get this war mongering website banned or removed. The individuals there have hideous thoughts and like i said, some do have isreali flags.

there are terrorists channels on youtube and many other blogs. i dont know why nobody cares to shut them at least those hosted on the US or European sites could be shut.
