Temple gets heater, hot water so idols don't catch cold

. . .
Such unbonafide and speculative methods of worship, proves again that the so called 'Hinduism' is not native to Northern Indians (e.g climate) and a religion that was appropriated from Dravid-Tamils

Good logic, otherwise it would have prevalent customs for winter season. Another custom Durga culture is also brought by south Brahmins to Bengal region.

What happens when idols get cold? Do they make humans sick with cold? Do they stay sick for their life? Do they become less powerful? I would want to ask and learn, what is the logic?

You could've instead said, bhagats get cold, and bhagets are humans their comfort is a matter of concern. But idols getting cold is unthinkable.

.
If I am not mistaken, there is a form of worship called "Pushtimarg" - if you go to the temple town of Nathdwara in Rajasthan - the idol is changed according to not only the weather but also time of day - and even on religious occasions. The whole AC thing I am hearing for the first time though.

NEW DELHI. If you think only humans find it difficult to endure cold wave in chilly weather, then you are wrong. Even gods feel the need to get warm, if reports from a Ayodhya based temple are to be believed.

Janki Ghat Bada Sthan temple situated in this ancient city of India, has come up with a rather odd logic to keep idols kept inside it warm and cozy this winter. The temple has installed heaters "for comfort of god" keeping in view intense cold weather, reported ANI.

This is crazy! God, who gives comforts to Human beings, can surely take care of himself in all environmental conditions. He only expects humans to remember & respect him.

We eat their meat after and do not claim that "God felt fed". Draw comparisons when you can.
