Not everything is supposed to be in the article. These articles are meant for our leftist minority who need a regular doze of activism.

The land is the property of the Army. FWO the firm responsible for reconstruction on this site is owned by the Army.

Fine.
But neither the article mentions of FWO nor have you shown me any link which proves your point.

What does pakistani law say regarding Temple Land ? In India the land ownership is de-facto transferred to the temple.

I ask this because both nations derived their law from the older British law.

. .
Pakistan has destroyed close to 275 temples in last 70 years and Pakistani hypocrites still shed crocodile tears on 1 Babri Masjid demolition in India 20 years back.

Revenge for Babri Masjid??
So Pakistan is in habit of taking revenge of Indian actions from Pakistani citizens :)

Talk about cutting the nose to spite the face

After babri masjid destruction I support the destruction of every and any temple as a matter of principle

Older or historic buildings etc belong to the relevant department..

This temple is in a garrison whose land belongs to the army..

Even if it was a mosque .. They would have done the same... I can give you several examples ... One happened infront of me.... In multan they raised a mosque to widen the road.. Ppl protested etc .. Nobody gave a damn... Today there is a 4 laned road at the place where the mosque once stood.

Land is owned by the Army. As long as they get relocated properly, i have no issues. We demolish Mosques all the time when they become unsafe, no one complains.

sure.... I bet they are Ahmedi mosques. Ask a Ahmedi, they will tell you their ordeal living in Pakistan. Like Hindus and Christians, they don't have the freedom to practice their faith in peace
