LAHORE: King of one state has asked the king of other state to deport his nationals who were serving the people, but unfortunately, the people who are ordered to leave the country are teachers, who are globally respected by developed societies.

A father of two children studying at the Pak-Turk International School expressed these views during a press conference at the Lahore Press Club on Friday. He said that departure of teachers in the middle of academic year would bring a major breach in the studies of students.

Parents, teachers and management of Pak Turk Schools not only condemned the act of Turkish and Pakistani governments but also demanded both states to refrain from involving teachers in their politics. They also demanded the Pakistani government to take back its decision of deporting Turkish teachers.

It is pertinent to mention that teachers, students and their parents have been protesting since the Pakistani government has asked the Turkish staff of Pak-Turk International Schools to leave the country within 72 hours. The government's orders came in response to the Turkish president's request, claiming that the school was owned by the foundation of his opponent, who was allegedly involved in the Turkish military
coup attempt.

Amir Abdullah, representative of parents and teachers body of Pak-Turk International Schools, was of the view that teachers were asked to leave the country within 72 hours as if they were criminals. "These are teachers who build nations, not criminals, who have been asked to leave within stipulated time," he added.

He said that the Turkish teachers were not involved in any negative activity against Pakistan or Turkey. "The school neither receives funds or financial assistance from Pakistani or Turkish government," Amir confirmed.

He told media that Pak-Turk schools had played vital role in the development of Pakistan for last 21 years, adding that it's efforts could not be forgotten during the crucial time of 2005 earthquake in northern areas. Amir observed that teachers must not be punished for political rivalries.

Samina, mother of a student, expressed her concern and anger on the occasion, saying that for 21 years, Pakistani and Turkish governments were not aware of the teachers and now, all of a sudden, they have labelled the teachers as terrorists and activists of Islamic State. "Don't ruin the future of our kids," she pleaded.

She further said that the students of Pak-Turk schools have achieved many honours and prizes, adding that one of the students also took first position in economics. This act is tantamount to ruining the future of the Turkish teachers as well their families, who honestly served the people of Pakistan, she concluded.

After years of corruption and negligence Pakistanis have become insensitive to matters of national security and interest because in our country anyone can abuse the country, write to enemy country for interfere in our matters, to provide military help to them to hurt Pakistan and stull enjoy full liberties and freedom.

Turk brothers on the other hand experienced a mutiny, found out the organization behind it and are now working hard to crush it, I salute their resolve and patriotism.

A Nation like Pakistan who gave birth and respect to traitors like Ghaffar Khan, Wali Khan , Asfand yar, Bugti, Altaf Hussain, Imran Farooq, Waseem Akhtar, Murtaza Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto, and thousands of more scums like them can never understand what Turks are doing. We haven't even hanged that traitor doctor Shakeel to this date.

Unfortunately, a lot of top traitors showed up among the Turkish folks too. But this time people have understood that you need to deal with them harshly for they are basically proxies and have sold their souls to their Satanic masters...

As for these teachers, they all started with very noble ideals but were brainwashed to be zombie type followers and they brainwash their students in turn. Time to give the benefit of doubt is long gone. Being exposed they're in a revenge mode/mood. Road to hell is paved with good intentions..

Don't u think that kicking out the entire staff like this is a bit too much. These Turkish schools in Pak are some of the best schools and schools without its faculty/teachers/administration is just a building. I don't think a leader of Erdogan's caliber needs to bother himself with the teachers of these schools. Sure action needs to be taken to prevent a coupe like that from happening again but on the level of schools it can simply be done by:
1) Banning such material from the curriculum that is the cause of trouble
2) Kicking out only the staff that still preaches that message despite a warning.
And other things along those lines.

The staff/administration had done a wonderful job running those schools and I think that correcting their path might suffice rather than kicking them out and shutting those schools down.

We as Pakistanis fully respect the good intentions of Turkish brothers in cleaning out the elements who are working with western power against Turkish interests but we Pakistanis also like to point out that by immediately expelling the Turkish teacher from Pakistan will create a vacuum, in Pak-Turk schools, which will adversely effect the ongoing academic session in Pak-Turk Schools.

Furthermore, these Turkish teachers may be doubtful in the eyes of Turk brothers but they haven't violated any local, moral or religious law while in Pakistan. Therefore, these Turkish teachers, teaching youth of Pakistan, are still respectable and command due respect from us Pakistanis. So, exiling them immediately appears to be thanklessness and oppression on our part.

All we Pakistanis ask is a favourable solution to this entire issue without jeopardizing the future of youth of Pakistan and exiling of Turkish teachers. And if there is no solution, then at least give us time for a smooth transition to give these respectful Turkish teachers a worthy farewell and fill the void, that will be created, without impacting the future of youth of Pakistan studying in these schools. I hope that the the highly respectable Turkish president will consider kindly on the requests of Pakistanis.

.
We must respect our brothers in Turkey who had to fight these Gulen supporters that were back by the Americans. The Turkish Prime Minister strongly believes in the principles of Islam, so these people will get a fair trial. If they have not broken the law then they won't be punished.

Look as much as i value our relationship with Turks and Turkey this smells like a politicaly motivated move

Nothing serious, one is worried about the salary and benefits. If people like Gullen can be praised like this in Pakistan, which is not the first time indeed, let Altar Hussain, Achakzai, Uzair Baloch etc be leading theirs faction/parties. Pakistani people still elects the most corrupt and unethical people like Zrdari and NS, can do anything to release the burden of the chest. I bet, most of them liberals that mostly hates Islamic Education etc but as this was an opportunity to Malign and defame the Turkey/Erdogan, the came with Idea of so-called protest and nothing else. Just give them job somewhere else and they will be happy but no need to dragg the religious point into this otherwise, protesters can believe this as ALLAH's will and can keep quiet.

.
If the Turk gov. had so much problem with them may be they can just change the administration? take control of the schools, even rename them if they want but let the schools run. They were doing an impressive job in the education sector and for a country like ours (with education and literacy problem) i am not sure of the reasons of this dumb move to close the schools. The Government must ask Turk government to take control of the school, rename them but keep the staff and let the school operate as they were doing in the past.
