I believe that's the Bengali part of London near the Canary Wharf area (where there are lots of banks and big businesses). I think the Masjids around there struggle to cope with the capacity of people praying jummah so it spills out into the street.

So turns out that Tan is some far right extremist linked to Tommy Robinson. He was deliberately there in the way to provoke the people praying. None of them responded to his provokation. TBH, i'd have at least drank his Tango.

Now the local people are obviously used to the site of the Muslim office workers praying there and felt this guy was taking the p1ss. So some people decide to ask him to leave. It's escalated somehow (not watched it all) and there's been a bit of the old argie bargie.
