What kind of Intelligence/Law Enforcement/Security Establishment is this?. A few Suicide Attacks, or a raid or two is one thing. Such kind of total Collapse of defense so many times a year is another.
By the Looks of It, Even if you Ignore Pakistani Narrative. ANA performs and behaves like a paid mercenary force, nothing else. No Civil intelligence network, no local support, No battle efficiency. Just Thugs with Western Equipment bidding for the highest payer.

They don't need to follow Geneva convention, from past experience, Taliban usually take promise of not fighting against Taliban and then releases them.
