Thats not begging. Thats demanding the rights which India is entitled to as a member of SAARC. But you cant be expected to know that.
And how is trade related to the NDS targetting Taliban inside paksitan..?

What about UN resolutions on holding referendum in Kashmir?

There is no violation of any right. Pakistan took the matter to concerned authorities and lost. India is within its right to construct dams like Kishanganga and Baglihar.
UN resolution in Kashmir has a pre-condition. That is Pakistan has to withdraw its forces from the currently held region. Let Pakistan take the initiative and withdraw its forces from the region under its control, we can talk about referendum after that.
