Talat Hussain claimed to take his ratings to the top after the interview conducted with Imran Khan last night. It’s common for all the channels and anchors to focus on getting interview with the great Khan since this is what the nation wants to hear. None is interested in the baseless and wayward response that our other leaders give in assistance with their guides.

· Talat, very proudly, mentioned that he got IK agitated. Nomatter how intellectually and morally superior he claims to be, he is after all a paid employee of a commercial channel and he has to highlight his achievements to keep his job. For any anchor, to get a person of the stature of IK agitated is an achievement. But to be neutral, I don’t think so he got IK angry in anyway. Passion and aggression are part of IK character, his sincere and ardent devotion to the cause keeps him excited about the issues he talks about; in many arguments, he speaks like this and this is quite normal.
For many ignorant people who are always on hunt of IK bashing, they consider it a point to score, it’s the typical Gullu But approach but talking in neutral terms, IK very successfully neutralized all the points which Talat intentionally maneuvered to get his mission done.

· Talat’s main point was that under what law is IK demanding opening of election results. In my opinion, Khan Response was spot on. As per him, laws are for the people, Constitution is there to safeguard the interest of people. If there are million people protesting outside, you cannot just deny them the justice with the excuse that law doesn’t allow it. That’s why, we have provision of amendments, new laws.
When PMLN requires it, they make new laws within hours, why can’t they devise a system to address an issue which is being asked upon by PTI for 14 months now.

· IK made it very clear that under the current system; only the people with resources can get the verification done. Otherwise, the election tribunal and the judiciary which is already under PMLN control will dismiss the objections raised by common people.



In the end , I would specially like to comment IK for the great conversion. Only and only the great Khan has the courage, confidence and authority to handle the hard talk by Talat Hussain.
Bravo IK, let haters celebrate but you nailed it and we are proud of you. Stay blessed and safe.
Also I would like to request all people to pray for the health and long life of IK, he is the man on a mission for our future. May ALLAH keep his safe.Pakistan Zindabaad…

i fail to see what was so different about this interview. Talat has raised the standard points from the purely legal perspective. PTI's stance is unchanged from the start that they will use the legal means to get justice with the option of coming on streets incase of dissatisfaction. Talat agreed to the notion of the impossibility of getting justice under the current system of governance.

Given the above, IK's argument is simple: we cannot let the legal technicalities stop us from getting justice since doing so will be analogous to accepting the current system as it is.
