TAXILA: Former Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan revealed on Sunday that he will reach a decision regarding his political plans at a suitable time.

During a press conference, the former interior minister revealed that he is closely linked to a political group that is hinders him from becoming part of their rival party PML-N.

He further stated that taking the oath in the Punjab Assembly for PA-10 which has been challenged in court by his opponent, would mean that he has accepted the validity and reliability of the polls.

He added further that his political future would also be decided soon, “I stood with a party for 35 years and then moved away from its leadership. The people of my constituency have showed their confidence but the current situation is a bit complex."

Moreover, he also stated that the government displayed no stance over India while adding that perspective of both former premier Nawaz Sharif and PM Imran is the same while criticizing the latter for calling Indian PM Narendra Modi which showed his weakness.

He further condemned the present government saying the economy is operational on the basis of loans while also adding: "Who can tell the premier that the government doesn’t run on twitter. I am surprised how Imran got to know that oil and gas reserves are present in Pakistan. Pakistan is surrounded with issues the country direly needs unity."

RAWALPINDI: Former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar said to take oath in the Punjab Assembly will mean that I have accepted the reliability and validity of the last general elections.

The former Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz stalwart said in a news conference that he will soon decide about his political future.

"I stood with a party for 35 years and then moved away from its leadership. The people of my constituency have showed their confidence but the current situation is a bit complex."

Nisar contested the general elections from two NA and two provincial seats, losing all except PA-10 constituency. He has, however, not taken his oath — his rival has challenged the action in the high court.

Nisar said that every government takes loan but the incumbent one has broken all records.

"The economy is being managed by loans," he said.

He refused to speak on any questions asked regarding former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on the ground that his case is in the court.

The former interior minister said that the government has no stance over India, adding that Nawaz and Imran share same opinion on India and Modi.

"Who can tell the premier that the government doesn’t run on twitter. I am surprised how Imran got to know that oil and gas reserves are present in Pakistan," he said. "Pakistan is surrounded with issues the country direly needs unity."

may b Ch Nisar have lot of drawbacks, but he always clear about his hard policy towards India. He even showed cold shoulder to Rajnath singh when singh visited Islamabad few years ago

He is right.. Modi should thankful to bhagwan it was IK who called him.. Otherwise Nawaza or zardari would prefer to use nuke after nuke in reply of every move of modi sarkar...
