So, theres this work going on at my house.
and its been on a halt due to the "thakedar" not doing what he was supposed to do.
He's not responding to any calls or anything or paying his workers at all.
Neither he is getting the materials to get finally lay down the roof.
Its been 2 months, top floor is on halt and rest is going fine since the other architect is handling the improvising work.
Is there any legal action i can take against him?
6 Lakh have been sunk into this propertie and i dont want it going to waste.
And not to mention, I'm literally broke with 70,000rs in my account.
