Tahir ul Qadri to contest Elections

He claimed his life was in danger in Pakistan and thats why he fled to Canada.

And now he is leading a long march in Pakistan and contesting to run for elections.

So how the hell is his life in danger if he is doing all this?

And thus he lied on his asylum application to acquire Canadian citizenship and so RCMP will take action against this fradulent nonsense.

Well, during his interview he convinced the RCMP officer on his asylum petition, hence he got his papers regulated.
Now that the political situation (which is fluid) has changed in his country to his favour, he can not be stripped off his citizenship, unless he himself relinquishes one and goes back to his own country.

On 2 March 2010, Qadri issued a 600-page Fatwa on Terrorism, which is an "absolute" scholarly refutation of all terrorism without "any excuses or pretexts." He said that "Terrorism is terrorism, violence is violence and it has no place in Islamic teaching and no justification can be provided for it

I use to support Imran Khan but his propensity to sit on the sidelines while history was being made by Tahir ul Qadri was a big turn off. If Tahir ul Qadri runs for election , he will have my vote. Atleast the man has the courage to stand up for his beliefs.

The problem is that of ISI and PA, will they let HIM survive with his "fatwa on terrorism" that would render the likes of Saeed Hafeez and his ilks to be a jobless person ?

PTI & its supporters should realize that, they arent in the same position, as they were before 6 months ago, & older leadership is not letting IK decide the very best? so its time to change stratgy & instead showing off rude attitude, should some one to start talks?

He said that his party, members will decide about this issue after RABI-UL-AWAL. Two meetings are already held. They will implement the decision of committee.

If a person like Qadri ever came into power, Pakistan would be sone ki chidya - but alas - it wont happen due to radical Islam and not a devine Islam.
