Tank can go out and repaired for several hours by its crew. Sometime it can take days and repaired by battalions technicians. Finally, sometimes tanks are sent back to factory and repaired after months. And in all these cases tank is not lost. It is lost only if it cant be repaired or fell to enemy.

One of my grand grand fathers was a tanker in T-34 and he told that many times when he was sent to tanks they were full of blood and even some body parts from previous crews. Thats war my dear kid.

If u check overall IDF casualties it was 120 in 34 days of war, including initial attack on border patrol, accidents, friendly fire, died from wounds...

No, most of tanks were damaged lightly. Here more pics:

Out of over 50 tanks hit about 40 tanks did not suffer any casualties, 6 tanks suffered 1 casualty and 7 tanks suffered 2 and more casualties. So according to this data 7 tanks had heavy damage.

Out of 7 tanks with heavy damage 4 were destroyed and 3 restored.
